When I arrived, I asked for assistance with my luggage. The staff just pointed at the trolley , not even bothering me if I needed help or not. So I picked it up myself and brought it myself to the room. I stayed only for 1.5 hours which I got charged the whole amount , I couldn't negotiate that much since my company changed my flight details from the next day to the midnight flight. There is no solution given from the hotel if there is an option that I can charge for a short period of time. Other than that the receptionist Trenya was very friendly.

I don't like that we have to pay for parking haha but its great nonetheless.

I liked how clean and quiet the area is. I also liked our view. Lastly I like that there is security and the laundry facility is amazing.

The tub may need to be replaced as it was poorly patched with ceramic coating in a few areas.

The location is very close to SoFi stadium and close to the freeway for easy access to BMO stadium. Fast food is also conveniently located within walking distance. The room was spacious and clean and the beds were comfortable! Would stay again!

Only complaint is during our two night stay our room wasn’t cleaned and restocked.

On the first day they didn't come to clean our room, on the second day they only changed the towels and didn't replace the cups or coffee. On the last day we went to check that there was a pair of underwear that didn't belong to us, lying next to the front door

2 things were not perfect: 1. At 00:00 at night there was a very long line in the reception, waited for 20 minutes just to check in. And it continued like that when I went down at 01:00. Not sure if it is a one time thing or always like this, but considering I came had 5 hours to sleep and lost a lot of time waiting for checkin it wasnt ideal. 2. There are 2 sides to the building. Our room was on the side that faced the really noisy highway. And the windows there are single glass as far as I could see, so I heard the noise well. Again, it is mostly white noise, but could have been better with noise proof windows.

Arrived just to sleep at night between flights. Overall it did the trick for me.

The soundproofing on those walls is atrocious. Whoever did the planning and construction needs to be reviewed by the board as well as the higher-ups in charge of approving it. Shouldn't hear the highway like that for how expensive the one night stay was. 😒 DIABOLICAL. Other than that, it was a good stay. AND ONE OTHER THING, YALL NEED TO LOOK INTO MOOD WARM LIGHTING. THE BLUE WHITE LIGHTS ARE NASTY!😤

The front and staff was very rude was not very helpful at all. We booked our hotel through booking. Paid upfront and then when we got to the facility, they asked us for $75 for a deposit which was not stated in our booking agreement. I try to explain that to the staff and they got very rude with me. And then, when my husband went to go get a receipt this morning, they were very rude to him about giving him a receipt. So ask for going back and staying in there we were more than likely, not go back because of the staff.

The property was nice and clean. The rooms were very clean. The mattresses need to be updated because they were very lumpy.

The mattresses were lined with plastic beneath the sheets, so you could hear and feel the plastic. But I still slept fine

Well appointed rooms with full size frig, microwave and coffee maker. Clean. 9th floor had great night time views. Relatively quiet given that the 405 fwy and airport were right there. Safe and secure.

Close to airport. Free shuttle. A few eating options, 7/11 and a liquor store across the street. Staff were very attentive and even called shortly after we checked in to see if everything was ok. It was even a little nicer than I expected for a Motel 6. Hotels have gotten quite pricey in this neighborhood. This was good for a night to transit.

The parking fees, if a customer pays for staying at the hotel and for any reason has his own car, it’s not good to charge for parking Come on! It’s your client and don’t deserve be treated like that after paying a staying in, that’s something that should be included in the hospitality of the hotel.
