All bad, do not opt for this at all as it's not a safe place for tourist.

I run away after entering as it was not safe and was a place for drug addicts and homeless and not for travellers

1.) Location was in a very bad part of town, with so many homeless people with their tents and people smoking crack. I'm a female traveling alone, I walked to the property with my rolling luggage and was so scared. It was hard to find the front door and this is an area you don't want to ask for directions. 2.) The room was disgusting. I was thrown back by the smell of urine, not sure if in the room or coming from outside. All the windows were open (2nd floor) and the room was infested with flies. I lifted the comforter and it had yellow stains and probably blood, the pillow had a huge black mark on it, and the fire alarm was ripped out of the ceiling. 3.) I was in the room for 5 minutes and immediately checked out. I told the front desk person I didn't feel safe, and he said he couldn't control what happened outside of the hotel, so I showed him all my pictures in the room and said you could control what happens inside. He said I would be charged a cancellation fee but they ended up not charging me. 4.) I've stayed in the lower-end shared hotels here in the past, I wasn't expecting much but this is the worse I've ever seen. Their pictures are very misleading, whatever the worse pictures are, expect even worse.

The entire room was filthy. I made the mistake of pulling back the sheets and blanket (I found mold, stains, and at least 2 dozen cigarette holes on each sheet, the blanket, and the mattress as well). When I asked for a towel (which wasn’t provided in the room), the evening attendant unwillingly provided a moldy towel (I couldn’t even use it). The remote control didn’t work, and I got push back from the evening attendant when I mentioned my mom was going to come (even though I had reserved the room for 2 people. I provided photos and have multiple videos as well. I have never ever asked for a refund, but this is a warranted circumstance.

The secured entrance and the location are the only positive points of this property (the daytime staff was friendly, however this was overshadowed by the brashness of the evening attendant. He wouldn’t even provide toiletries (although toiletries are posted as amenities).

This place smells like Marijuana and dead animals. The bedding was dirty with lots of stains, found a cockroach on the bathroom, the TV didn't work; most of the furniture is very old. This place needs an update fast.

terrible location next to homeless shelter and drug dealers corner. the ‘so called family room’ was located outside of the hotel and in a poor condition. it was unclean and filled with the smell of weed at night from the street

It took a couple of goes to get the TV going but was OK in the end.

I was upgraded to a room with a separate bathroom, the shower was excellent. The bed was very comfortable.

The place had mice. The knob on the shower needs some love. The toilet needs a lid because there's nowhere to set our clothes when we take a shower. They had towels but no wash cloths.

The location was close to the stadium and the movies. It was clean and we loved that they already had Netflix. The people that hung out late around the area were nice and polite to us. They knew we weren't from there but they engaged with us and made us feel welcomed. They had someone there when we arrived in the middle of the night. The staff was polite and my children enjoyed themselves.

The room did not meet the minimum hygiene conditions!!!! I found some bones of chicken thighs under the heater. The windows were not totally isolated and the noise from a dangerous street did not allow me to sleep. There was a robbery issue next to my door between two tenants and the police had to come. Finally, a mechanical system was strongly hitting the wall when I turned on the lights.

The location of the hotel was very close to the Moscone center.

Absolutely did NOT like anything in the hotel. IT was DISGUSTING and very nasty place.It Was pretty much a homeless shelter, there was leakage of water everywhere, the building looked like it was falling apart. There was random people knocking on the door in the middle of the night, very unsafe place to be, everything was nasty and the beds were staid and everything inside the hotel was broken, we couldn't even stay a night at the hotel because of how disgusting it was, and when tried to get our money back because it was nothing that we paid for, the people refused to give us a refund for anything

There are a looooot of homeless people around. In general i didn't feel safe at all leaving at night. The room was much smaller than the pictures (for a private bathrool room). There was no towel when i arrived. I had to go and ask. Even with a private bathroom. There was hairs on the sheets so not sure if after whashing or they weren't changed. The heat didnt work properly and there was only a think blanket so i was cold during the night.
