We didn’t like the fact that the first room we were given, had not been cleaned properly. There was still a used bar of soap and dirt in the bottom of the shower. We did not like having to go up and downstairs to get to the elevator, my husband is disabled. And we found that all of the entry points and stairwells were filthy! That is not what you want people to see when you first come in their hotel! Also, however, clean our second room was the sink was cracked! And it was without sufficient cups. There were two coffee cups. The first room I had noted had six? And our room did not have an ice bucket. We had to go back to the front desk to request this. We use the pool and Miranda was going to bring us towels, another entire family joined us in the pool and she never even made it down. That girl was running her butt off doing EVERYTHING!! So I do not hold this against her, but I think there’s a serious deficiency in employees!

We like that the Location was handling right off the highway. We liked Miranda at the front desk who was working her tail off. She was very prompt and amenable when there was an issue with our room. She seemed to really care about our comfort during our stay.

The air conditioner was extremely loud when it switched on. This is so bad it wakes me up at night. It's almost bad enough for me not to stay here.

The price was the reason for staying here and the location was good for the airport. The breakfast was also very good for a hotel included breakfast.

Bed was extremely uncomfortable. After 2 weeks of tent camping, this was a horrible nights sleep on a very uncomfortable bwd.

The only complaint was the heating/air conditioning unit is noisy. We tried to set it not to cycle too much. It is old with old carpets but we didn't care.

Mostly we liked the price. We got in after midnight and left after breakfast. We just wanted a room until the next morning. The thing we liked the most was that the room and especially the sheets. We have had rooms near the Boise airport where they do not change the sheets between guests. We have stayed here many times and will continue to do so unless they change.

Room was warm because only warm air coming out of AC. Pulled filter out and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a year. Washed clothes in washer and selected cold wash. When I took clothes out they were hot. Looked a water hose connections behind washer and hoses were connected backwards. Three of my shirts shrunk.

Couldn't talk to someone on phone. tired 2 x and each time was asked to hold and call was disconnected after 8 and 10 mimin respectively listening to awful music on hold much much louder than person who put me on hold. Vanity sink wouldn't drain. TV came on but never able to get any channels. Saw black mold in shower surround... Toilet seat warn and had weird finish surface .....could go on, but why bother....

Surprised the pillows were about half sized, No coffee pot in either room, and the bathroom fan didn't work. I would have liked to known about the large deposit required in advance and not told about it during check-in at the front desk.

Close to the attraction we went to, the two rooms were across the hall from each other. Air conditioner kept the room comfortable and TV works for the short time we wanted it. The morning breakfast was good and the morning staff was great .

The bathtub in our room definitely needed updating. It was chipped and painted over and the plug wouldn’t stay up so you end up standing in your shower water. The pool area also needed a bit of help. The tiles look dirty - not sure if that’s just the aesthetic or not but it’s not very appealing. Also there could have been some hot food at breakfast besides waffles - sausages, eggs, something.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was up to par for the most part.

It definitely looks like a really bright facility and clean. Outside was pretty dirty, lights didn’t work, the hallways were pretty sketchy feeling. Not very comfortable sleeping arrangements.
