Front desk girl was rude, overcharged bcuz of rockville, pool was disgusting with floating stuff and a film of grunge. Filter obviously not working

Very run down. Elevator smelled like WD-40. Room door wouldn't shut, Roaches, electrical boxes off balcony had loose wires, toilet leaked, carpet falling off baseboard, but best was the landlines phone had no cord. Would not recommend. Breakfast had no protein, only waffles, cereal, oatmeal, and yogurt...

Great view, right on beach. Close to Oceanside, bandshell and boardwalk. Left sweatshirt in room and the found it for us to return and get it.

The microwave in our room had old moldy food left in it from a previous tenant because the housekeeper failed to clean it. We didn’t discover it until the middle of the second night and it was awful.

The ocean view is amazing! The pool is very nice. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony.

Room smelled like weed and had weed residue on bathroom floor. They need to do a lot of updating to the rooms but can understand due to recent hurricane they endured. Hallway door was locked and key card didn’t work for that hallway so had to make a trip around the entire building to get to the pool and beach access. Parking lot can use some updating as well. Did not like the fact that the fire alarm went off every single night around 12am.

We had the room for 6 guests, so 2 queen beds, and 1 king. I could not feel the AC on the king bed so I sweated all night. Also no TV on that side, so I had to watch things on my phone to relax. The outside tables were wobbly so it kept spilling our drinks.

Parking was tight. Spaces were small and with lots of jeeps and trucks, it was hard to find a spot. The side door from the other side of the parking lot kept locking so we had to walk all the way around with our things.

Everywhere i went i could smell weed. It would be good if a hot breakfast was an option and also if laundry detergent was there to purchase.

The location is really good, the staff were helpful and the pool area is good to lounge in.

I signed up for ocean front and it was on the side with a small view of water not what you advertised

The miserable staff. The filthy lobby, stairs, hallways. The mediocre cleaning job in the room. Pretty ironic considering the name on the hotel was "Quality." All for the price of $258.17. That's absolutely ridiculous.

My whole experience could have been better by having a clean room. From the floors to walls to beds even behind dressers were disgusting . There was throw up on walls in bathroom and by beds I took many pictures .

Pictures are not very accurate. Hotel is very run down. Breakfast was nothing like the pictures. The cleanliness leaves much to be desired. The elevator smelled terrible. Not much in the near by area to do. We had to walk a mile to enjoy any real activities.
