Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

In Breakfast, Multiple times needed to wait for refills of Scrambled eggs, Sausage, oat meals, Yogurt .

Staff is great, only thing I could recommend is to change in the restaurant, those cashiers old ladies, and also, take too long to clean up tables and costumers awaiting..... For the rest, food was excellent!!!! And the waiter very friendly.

It was almost 20 minutes by car away from the Main Street. The cigarette smokes is noticed at some different areas of the hotel

Carpet in rooms needs to be shampooed. I removed my socks and walked on the floor to the shower and dirt came off as though I’ve been outside walking on the sidewalk.

The price for the service and accommodation I received was incredible. My Girlfriend and I were staying in Vegas for vacation and didn't want the hotel we were at too be to loud. Longhorn was a perfect place quiet, affordable, with stores just a block away such as Walmart. The staff were very friendly and easy to communicate with. The building did seem a little old but it was a comfortable stay and better than what we paid for. Most likely going to head back here for next year. Thank you Longhorn!

Well besides the cigarette smoke since we don’t smoke would have been the older heavyset male server we had Sunday for lunch at the tables along the casino wall. He messed up our order twice and we let it go but he wasn’t very attended to our needs. He made us feel like we were a bother to serve and didn’t bring our stuff on time when we ask for ranch or bbq sauce to go with our food. Every little thing took so long to get with him including just the bill as well. Also we missed the pool and cooling off outside. Hope it’s open next year.
We love the little restaurant and food here. We come out yearly for our vacation to visit friends and family. The prices are always good and the staff is great.

Since this is a hotel casino, gambling is very much encouraged, i.e. coupons for meals etc, very generous. It's not part of the strip, which suited us fine, and was quieter than expected, towards Boulder City.

Swimming pool was out of order when we got there. Disappointed at one restaurant host who worked on Saturday night/Sunday morning. She refused to take my to-go order because she “has all this shit to do”. Yelling at the waiter right in front of me. Really unprofessional and rude. It’s a good thing the rest of the property staff were great or she would’ve ruined the whole stay.
Easily accessible. Parking right in front. Property located near our function. Clean property. A little outdated but clean. Staff was awesome (most of them).

The casino is on-site and you do have to walk through it to get to the restaurant if you go. Wouldn't be a problem except that there was almost always at least one person smoking. Since the non-smoking room did, in fact, smell non-smoking, it doesn't affect my rating, but it seems very relevant to mention in case anybody is sensitive to the smoke.
The room was surprisingly quiet despite facing a large road. The beds and pillows are nothing special, but they're perfectly acceptable for the price. The staff who checked me in were so friendly and accommodating of the many things I asked them for. The on-site restaurant is not at all fancy, but the food was surprisingly good and very reasonably priced. It's also a quick 15-minute drive to the rental car center at the airport, so overall I'd say this is a solid place to stay if you're heading back to Vegas the night before a flight.
