The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner, but nothing really bad, just could have used a more thorough cleaning around the shower. The TV in the room was missing a mains cable, that could have been a disappointment if I stayed for longer but I didn't really need to watch TV anyway and just needed a place to rest before heading up North to San Francisco the next morning. So at the end of the day, the place served its purpose and served it well, even though I found it a bit too expensive for what it was.

I had to book quite late as I wasn't sure about my time of arrival in San Fernando Valley, so I had to hit up the booking site quite late into the night and it was easy to book the room. The lady at the front desk sorted out my booking quickly (though I was worried a bit for her as she looked very exhausted, hope she wasn't unwell) and I could crash in no time after a long day of a motorcycle ride down from Vegas. The room was ok, the bed comfy, the sheets clean, the temperature ok.

The floor under the shower is rotting. Pretty loud in the parking lot and the unit above until late at night. Some abandoned and sketchy cars in the parking lot, and so many people just sitting in their cars at all hours. I wasn't thrilled that my car was the nicest in the lot. That doesn't happen often these days.

Clean and everything worked in the rooms. The floors were in great shape, and appropriately clean The lawn area in back was attractive and well kept. I appreciate that pets are allowed in rooms without fanfare or added cost.

I wasn't aware that housekeeping is mandatory she came to my door 3 times and I said I was OK not needed she then came back with I am assuming is her supervisor telling me to open up its mandatory then I had to wait outside for 30 minutes while they cleaned .

Elizabeth (front desk clerk) has a very terrible attitude with your customers. She gave me a hard time and lied about my stay. I called her from my room after stay two night I called about check out time and she end up hanging up on me!! I would like you to call me at +16199446222 to discuss this matter. I am a full time caregiver and came to your hotel to recharge but instead I had to deal with Elizabeth and her negative attitude towards the situation and not caring if I returned. I work in the area . She told me to go stay elsewhere. Is she this the type of person you want working for you. She needs to take communication classes. I will make a report of the treatment I received from your employer.

We didn't want to pay for luxury. This is a basic motel that gets you through the night. It's fine for what it is. Don't expect more and you shouldn't be disappointed.
