The smell of the room! It was clean but the smell of smoke or old smoke was present throughout. Thankfully, our stay was only for one night.

The loft in our room was hot, even with the AC going full blast, still was hot. Couldn't sleep either day upstairs, so I had to sleep on the sofa and chair by the AC. One night, we opened the window and it was cooler outside then in the loft. Also, couple things could be improved, but did not hamper our stay at all. 1.) I am sure you are aware, but you have multiple areas on the roof from the pool side that are missing panels 2.) The pool waterfall pipe could be done a little better, we had a waterfall at my last property, so could really make a cosmetic difference. 3.) Restaurant dinner menu could be cleaned up. This could definitely make a solid impact and create a great atmosphere. 4.) I am sure others mentioned this, but one elevator was not working at all during the entire stay. One time, took over 10 minutes on one trip just to go open and down the one elevator working.

The girl at the Front Desk who checked us in, checked us out AND even took care of a concern at the pool with a family who had their music blaring where a couple of people actually left the pool. One man went to the family, so they turned the music on even louder. But only the girl at the desk went to them to speak with them. Please ensure she is given notice for her service. The restaurant was good, food was ok and we did appreciate the discount. Service was good also, however for breakfast, it showed the woman was a little stressed being on her own. By the way, also one gentlemen in the basement get ourselves and another family towels for the pool. Was VERY helpful and nice, but seemed to be a great addition to your team. Also, we were able to see a bear walking around the property! We sort of stayed a good distance away!!

The hotel was a bit older and worn (paint / wallpaper edges or a door sticking) We went in expecting this, so we were not really surprised. Outdoor area maybe was a bit less scenic / pretty than I thought the photos showed, but we still got a few snapshots. All about angles, I guess, you can't see the hoses, etc in the pics.

Desk staff - She was wonderfully courteous, kind, and helpful. Location - within a couple miles of scenic Big Pocono scenic view, outlets, and a couple restaurants and a Weis, yet hotel was tucked away in quiet location Quiet Beds were super comfortable. Pool area has a fire pit (bring your own wood)

Elevators weren't working. Stairs need update and railings. Everything was very vintage but over all decent. Thought i booked a balcony room. Ended up on the wrong side of the view.

Loud guest with no correction to the noise. Pool was utilized by a party for the majority of the day. Could only utilize pool once the sun was going down due to the biker party. Only one elevator works, therefore utilized the steps all weekend to make faster.

Staff in restaurant is very nice; rooms are a little run down but beds, linens and towels are good. Bathroom smelled like mold and the bath mat had not been cleaned in forever because there was black mold around it. Toilet ran constantly and stopper was missing from the sink. Facilities were lovely and setting is beautiful!

There was no sign on the building or anywhere for that matter, with the name of the place, it was very confusing. Went to take a shower no water. Then I went to pick up the phone to call the front desk and the phone did not work.

The pullout soda was very uncomfortable even for children. The metal bars were coming through. The website advertises a hot tub and sauna but have neither.

Location, pool and game room were great. A lot of games didn’t work but weren’t marked so they took the money anyway but overall kids still had fun in the arcade. The dock outside is very peaceful and serene.
