No hot water. The door did not close good. The curtains did not completely cover the window on all sides. The electrics outlets sparked when you plug anything in. The remote to the ac did not work it was damaged.

When I went to check in, the 2 staff behind the front desk ignored me while they argued about something before finally putting whatever their differences were aside and chrcking me in. Entering the room I found that none of the lights worked. Furhther inspection found that all light bulbs had been stolen or broken and not replaced. Also, one light fixture was broken and the desk lamp had no lamp shade. When I tried to use the shower the handle came off and I had to reattach it to make the shower functional. The bathroom mirror was missing so I had to buy a small mirror so I could shave. It's like someone thrashed the roon and nothing was fixed. All told, this place is a total dump, the staff behind the front desk are incompetent at best. Don't stay here. I've had better hotel experiences while traveling in 3rd world countries.

The shower had a drippy faucet that needed fixed as the drip splashed on the edge of the shower stall ultimately landing on the floor causing the bathroom floor to be covered in water. I reported this and the problem was temporarily taken care of. The towels need to be upgraded as they are old and dingy. It would be nice to have at least one more light in the room, perhaps by the TV., and please provide a larger piece of soap. The large metal exterior door needs to be replaced as it is dented and hard to close...or at least put on a fresh coat of paint so it doesn't look so dirty.

i Didn’t like everything about this place inside and out even the pool. Was most upset that once I saw this place it was non refundable and I spent $208!!!!

There was no food, Didn’t look like a motel. Once we walked into our rooms it looked very cheap motel like..as if a junkie would live in this room. Was very upset but I couldn’t let that ruin my trip with my spouse. Inside and out needs to be clean and redone/retouch. Pool was the most horrific thing I ever saw.

The location was far better than the facilities. We had no hot water in our shower, an experience I’ve never had in the US. The room was run down, the ac had to be unplugged to stop. The bathroom had no fan, etc. The receptionist was behind plexiglass, despite being in an apparently good neighborhood. If renovated, the motel could recapture its retro charm, but for now it’s a dump.

Stains and holes in sheets, the door had a crack around the entire frame so it didn’t close entirely leaving me feeling vulnerable, the floors and every countertop was dirty mostly with sand, the pillows were horribly worn, the toilet was dirty, my room albeit booked last minute was right next to a dj blasting their music into the late hours of the night, I mean should I say more?

The location of the hotel itself was great however my room backed a noisy bar that should have been disclosed as I rented the room for work.
