Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

There is nothing to dislike, however, travelers should know ahead of time that this is a Kosher hotel. This affects male vs female pool hours, food served, and the social experience in the hotel. Once you’re there, you have to put in a little work to figure out exactly what the rules are. Overall the experience was great, just know ahead of time that the hotel is Kosher.
Wonderful view! Clean facilities, spacious room.

Could hear everything from the room next door during the night. Was shocked that the walls were not better or that the noise could travel so easily. Made it a very difficult night.
Good location. Everything seems new and in good shape. Comfortable beds. Good shower and water pressure. The rooftop pool is impressive.

Valet parking attendants seemed bothered when asked to bring out our car, but there is no other option if one wants to park the car there. Water bottle ready on the room, only on second glance did we notice the small letters saying that EIGHT Dollars will be billed to room if opened. Eight Dollars for a little bit of water seems way too much. On check out day, well before check out time, house keeping suddenly opened our room door without even knocking when my husband just came out of shower, very embarrassing moment.
Very clean and well maintained, room size was perfect. Staff upon arrival very friendly and helpful, allowed early check in, thank you for that. Breakfast was good, but Kosher food since this hotel seemed to be used mainly by Jewish visitors, but still tasted good and good variety available.

Sometimes the queue for breakfast
On the whole a great hotel. We did move rooms because of noise in the first room on arrival and then requested to move to another through a very accommodating staff member. The breakfasts were excellent. We enjoyed the pool area. We liked that the hotel was perfect in accommodating Sabbath. We enjoyed the beach where the hotel offers a shuttle.

Expensive parking! The sunbeds by the pool were uncomfortable.

The restaurant was kosher knowing that would have been nice parking $$$40 a day is unreasonable considering it’s not on the beach

The room we initially booked had a bad smell, not very clean, the key to our room didn't work, the doors wouldn't lock, it was alot of back and forth, waiting and frustration. However, Daniela and Charnae turn our experience into an ABSOLUTE AMAZING one. I will never forget it!! GREAT customer service experience!!! Thank you for EVERYTHING!!!

I didn’t like that the kitchenettes had zero kitchen equipment (glasses, plates, cutlery, wine bottle openers). I also didn’t enjoy the breakfast.
I loved the layout of the rooms, and the beds were comfortable.

Would be nice to have somewhere to have a coffee. When you arrive from abroad the room coffee facility is not good enough.

They should have brewed coffee! Not instant! Also, we didn't know that there wouldn't be an omelet station for breakfast on Saturday morning. Maybe hire a non Jewish person to cook on that day.

Staff. Really not polite. Always with a sense of urgency. Not ok. Staff treats you like you are doing something wrong all the time. Very weird atmosphere. Do not recommend the hotel at all.
