Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesIt seemed to be in a pocket of downtown with more homeless people on the streets. The outdoor patio from the website wasn't as inviting in person- the lights weren't turned on at night. The parking garage was not comped for guests but I suppose that's just city-livin!
The location is within walking distance to a lot of restaurants and downtown public transportation. The room was cozy, clean and stylish. Definitely hits the mark for a comfortable place to stay.

United StatesNot the hotels fault, but there was a homeless man camped out with shopping cart etc next to front door with pee bottles and other unhygienic stuff around him that was unpleasant. Would of been nice if the bar area in the courtyard was open.
The room was spacious. I appreciated the locked doors to the front of the building. Close proximity to public transportation. Had an issue with the bathroom door not closing. No maintenance guys were there so they were quick to let us change rooms. Breakfast was good.

United StatesNoise from other guests with TV. One family member had a white noise machine but I did not. We couldn't figure out access to the courtyard - locked doors, so we gave up. Relaxing and chatting about our activities outside on a summer evening would have been wonderful.

United StatesBreakfast was pretty bad. I brought my own food and used their toaster and microwave. I was originally double charged for the hotel. After I brought it to the receptionist’s attention she organized the refund after researrching the facts. Will get the money in 1 or 2 weeks Don’ t expect any room service. And their is sometimes music on the weekends: very, very loud, the whole building seems to shake, however they stop around 10 pm.
hotel really nice, interesting art work on the walls, good location (skywalk half a block away)

United StatesWe got up too late to see what kind of breakfast offerings were available. I was told they had "grab and go" bags. They were all gone. The processed cereals and cereal bars offered in general are unhealthy and should not be offered to guests. I don't think the apples were organic, so not worth trying. We had some food with us and ate elsewhere. Toilet paper holder in the bathroom was loose and tilting. The left fastener of the toilet seat cover was also loose. There needs to be another towel rack or holder as well. There was only 1 robe in the room so had to get another one. The front desk clerk was not knowledgeable about the area even though she worked there everyday. She was from "St. Paul" which is practically right next door. Another guest told me where to park the car for the evening as meters were not monitored after 6pm. The front desk agent should know this kind of info. The parking garage is $15 overnight which we ended up using.
The executive king room that I ordered ( room 217 ) was quiet and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. It even had a sofa and chair and a desk chair as well. The shower was a walk in, tiled in a pretty blue color. The shower worked beautifully which we enjoyed.

United StatesThe lighting was awful in the bathroom, bulb on the side of the mirror was burnt out obviously, the toilet seat was worn out & it was too warm in the room, thermostat was all the way to 60 but was not that temp in the room but thankfully we were able to open the windows & was nice enough outside that could keep them open so room temp stayed perfect.
LOVED the bed & bed linens, so comfy & luxurious! Clean room, friendly staff & complementary treats near front desk…very nice! Close walk to Target Center 👍🏼

United StatesParking in the pubic ramp behind the hotel was very convenient, but requires on-line payment and some fiddling. Breakfast was just a simple grab and go buffet. We went to a nearby diner on Nicollet.
Breakfast was just a simple grab and go buffet. We went to a great diner on Nicollet. When we checked out, I had forgotten a down vest that might have fallen off the sofa. When I came back, the receptionist had it for me almost before I finished asking! The room was very quiet! Excellent restaurants for dinner are close by.
