This apartment was perfect for the weekend get away. Close to downtown and so much other shopping! Security gates and self locking door behind you never made me worry I locked the door.

Nothing. Exceptional

The apartment is a really larger 1 bed studio. Has been renovated and is located super close to downtown to explore. The pool looks amazing, was too cold during our stay to swim though. We also got a little gift- a free coffee at a local coffee shop which was such a nice gesture. Highly recommend.

Towels should be replaced, they shed lint like a summer husky. My partner and I were covered with a layer of white fluff after drying ourselves (no exaggeration). Pots should also be replaced, wanted to boil water but realized all 3 pots had rusty bottoms.

Big space, good amenities, comfy bed. Detailed check in instructions and host was easily reached via app/phone for additional requests (eg. house ran out of laundry detergent, host sent in a doordash order for a bottle in 45min).

- Entering the premises is with a pin code but that was provided only after we arrived. This lead to a fair amount of confusion especially when we got an answering machine when calling the office. Better to upfront indicate in the Booking.com app how your process for sharing the access code is organized. - The airco in the apartment is ***really*** noisy.

Very nice apartment with all amenities. Downtown is at walking distance and we enjoyed two days visiting several Dallas highlights.

The dishes were not clean and we had to prewash. There is quite a bit of noise from the ac or whatever. I wish there was a broom and dustpan in the apartment.

I liked the location of the apartment. I also liked that the kitchen was stocked to cook dinners. I also liked that there was plenty seating and very nice decor.

Very quiet and peaceful place

The Location is not bad. Very close to things you wanted to do. The Apartment was very nice and very clean. Answering service is very quick on helping you if u need it. Now It was alittle hard to find the entrance to the apartment. Once u find it, it’s not so hard to find again. Would definitely stay there again. I give it a 10/10.

As we were about to leave, cleaning staff knocked on the door half an hour prior to checkout time with all the cleaning supplies as if they are rushing us out. We understand the reason for the noise curfew and no loud music/party rule since the apartment is badly noise insulated. However, we have received text messages from the host telling us to be quiet at 12 am midnight when we weren’t being loud at all in the first place. We could easily hear our neighbors having a conversation but that should not qualify as a noise complaint. It is not the people who are living in the apartment but the apartment itself with its lack of noice cancellation ability. The host was passive aggressively texting us both nights. But when we were in open communication with them and replied back, the hosts never responded back afterwards. We did not feel comfortable at our stay.

We got there and it was 81 degrees in the property for 2 hours of us being there and I contacted the owner to see if it was working correctly and never got a response. Luckily it cooled down a couple of degrees by the time we got back to the property 7 hours later.

Nice bathroom and had utensils to be used as well as cups.

However, there was some ambiguity as to an early check-in. I would VERY much suggest that the owners/hosts invest in some NEW cookware (pots & pans); the ones here are rusted and I did not chance even boiling water. The whole point of renting an air bnb is to have access to a kitchen for cooking meals! Not everyone is a fast-food junkie or wastes money on take-out!

I liked the location, the apartment was functionally decorative and provided very comfortable accommodations! It was clean and neat with defined spaces! The entrance into the property is very secure and we felt safe in this neighborhood. The space was clean and looked exactly as pictured!
