    Small rooms the double bed were small then single bad no complementary water served you can stay with such value of money and other much better places

    The location is good but it’s a pathetic place to stay small rooms pathetic service rude behaviour of staff will never recommend to anyone to stay there overall a very bad experience 😂😂

    On most settings the shower makes a terrible sound. If the bathroom lights are on for more an a few minutes they also make an annoying sound. The only ice machine I could find was on the 4th floor, which normally isn’t bad. But when you are literally WAITING 15 MINUTES for an elevator it’s a huge pain. The elevators are a tight fit and the literally take forever. When checking out it took over 20 minutes! Also one of the tvs didn’t work at all.

    Great location. Very helpful staff! Room are very clean. Lots of towels. Bathroom are well stocked with body soap and shampoo. The ac is amazing after a hot day!

    The furniture is old, it does not look as the pictures, the place smells quite bad as they have an Asian restaurant in the lobby. Not a clean space. And also they want to charge you extra for leaving your suitcases. I wouldn’t go back to this hotel.

    The corridors stank of weed, the photos of the rooms are nothing like the room in real life. Everything In the room was old and dated, paint flaking off walls The air conditioning sounded like a plane taking off, so had to turn it off at night. The shower handle fell to bits when you touched it. The tv didn’t work.

    It’s location. The beds were actually comfy and sheets clean.

    There was no safe in the room for our valuables. When we raised this concern, we were simply told, “Our cleaning staff are trustworthy.” We weren’t blaming anyone—we just wanted to feel secure. After insisting, they called the person in charge, who listened to us, agreed with our concerns, and offered to place a box in the room. But it had no lock or security, so we understandably refused. We then asked to check out early and were told we would be refunded for the nights we didn’t stay. Guess what? The hotel later told Booking.com that there was no such reservation. They took our money and left us incredibly disappointed. On top of that, they even got for nearly $50 just to check in a few hours early. Ironically, we later found much better and more luxurious hotels in the same area for the same price. We rebooked through Booking.com and were finally able to enjoy our stay elsewhere. But this property was a huge disappointment. My biggest expectation was room security, but on top of that, the room wasn’t even properly clean

    One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room was not clean when I arrived — dust on surfaces and stains on the floor. The curtains were broken, which made it hard to get any privacy or block out light. The air conditioning was blasting freezing cold air all night with no way to properly control the temperature, making it nearly impossible to sleep. To make things worse, housekeeping knocked on my door at 8 AM — twice! Even after I shouted “No housekeeping,” she kept knocking. I felt harassed and completely disrespected. Overall, I had the worst time staying here. I do not recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable or relaxing stay.

    The location is the only good about this hotel.

    The unresponsive staff careless management who never tried to hear. Since arrival the key was nkt working until last day and they never tried to fix it. Wecwould come tired and the key wont open and they would start trying to look fof person to fix. We would be stranded in corridod for more than half hour. Didnt give other room. Manager never appeared. Nobody wnated to fix the door lock. It was everday routine for 3 days. Imagone coming tired nad cant enter room.

    Lifts weren’t working properly, sometimes over a 10 minute wait. Shower was leaking. Room was very small. Staff on desk weren’t very helpful apart from the night porter who was great :)

    Let’s start from the top. During check-in, we were helped by a woman with short hair and very large glasses. She was extremely rude and sounded very unhappy to be there. I could tell that we were not about to have a good time. The day we arrived they were servicing one of the elevators, leaving only one elevator really working. There was one more, but that one also barely worked. Throughout the rest of the trip elevators would take anywhere from 10 to 15 minutes to arrive so we ended up using the stairs most of the time luckily we were on the fourth floor. Our room was clean, but the mattress had a distinct smell and so did the room itself. Not to mention the lack of lighting, throughout the room. The walls were covered in missing patches of paint And they had taken off the thermostat which controlled the AC unit. Leaving us stuck with an extremely cold room the entire trip. The room also lacked in power outlets. We had to charge our phones on the desk, which was very far away from where we slept. The bathroom was the most disappointing we were given a room that did not have a shower divider meaning that when you walked into the room, there was just a toilet a sink and a hose to shower under nothing to keep the water from going all over the bathroom on top of that the hose was angled at a very very low position which meant that you had to take it off the hook and shower by hand. The toilet was so close to the sink that my arm would touch it every time I sat down. I bumped my elbow multiple times on the sink, trying to wipe myself very uncomfortable and very poorly designed. I had to ask for multiple towels so that I could put them all over the floor before I showered. And once again during checkout, the unhappy receptionist was very unprofessional and unkind. The only reason this hotel is still open is because of its amazing location.

    The only part of this property that was likable was its proximity to Times Square.

    the air conditioning wasn't adjustable and not strong enough for the room. they supplied a fan, which was just ok but not great. The room was small and had no desk to sit at. The staff kept pestering me about being out by 11am and not 12pm for late checkout, or I would be charged. And then two of the cleaning staff got into a loud dispute in the corridor. one of the elevators didn't work and I heard the alarm being rung from the second elevator and decided to take the stairs. poor wifi reception. phone wasn;t plugged in. just messy.

    A lots!!!!! The staffs are not friendly. Not only that,SO ROUND. I left my car buttery charger brandy new on top off the safe. I came back to take my stuff. They told me they couldn’t find it. Right there . It was A BIG ???? THEY ARE NOT TREST WORTHY. That’s a Big No No…… And full of termites all around the tables, the bathrooms.
