Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

SwitzerlandIt is expensive, but that is not due to the hotel per se but to Miami in general.
The location of the hotel was great. It was close to the beach and the Ocean Drive but it wasn't noisy. I also enjoyed the pool parties at Strawberry Moon.

United KingdomRoom is small not sure how a couple would manage for more than a weekend as no space to hang clothes. Room wasn’t clean on arrival, the bench in the room is grubby needs replacing and floor dusty. The public areas and carpet also a bit shabby, hair everywhere. You can’t open a window in the room either. I did appreciate the seaview in the distance. Monday and Wednesday are really the only days you can relax by the pool if you’re not there to party.
Great location near restaurants and easy walk to beach. Bed very comfortable. Room fairly quiet. Several activities included bikes, gym, beach. Pool was nice when it wasn’t a pool party which was 5 days a week but it did mean no kids/babies crying. I also coincided with Spring Break. I stayed 8 days and felt comfortable as a solo traveller.

United States of America"Small" queen bed right up against wall so you can only get in on one side and have to disrupt other sleeper if you need to get up at night. Bathroom is not very private and has a door more like a shower door. Oceanview is quite far away, you can't see the beach in this area and views are just over ugly rooftops so not worth paying for. Pool bar was open but since we were not swimming, there was no place to go to drink a nice, cold cocktail in air conditioning (inside bar not available). Tried to get a beverage at pool bar anyway but we were ignored and there were bartenders and no patrons at 4:00pm on the day of our arrival so we left.
Front desk personell and valet were extremely friendly and helpful!

United States of AmericaThis hotel very much has the look and feel of the Gen Z traveler, but they aren't the ones that can afford to stay there :) The property overall was aesthetically pleasing though. Where there could be more attention paid: dirty/outdated bench covers in the room, scuffs on the velvet headboards, poor water drainage in the shower, adding shelves or hooks in the shower (felt like a college stall), the shower head should be more mobile. I felt like I kept elbowing the wall for how close I needed to stand under the water.
The location was top notch and the pool deck was lovely (honestly the 2 things I felt I paid for). Strawberry Moon is delicious with great cocktails. Having the restaurant on site is so convenient for a quick work trip.

United States of AmericaNot a fan of the pool party vibe and crowd. No breakfast included. Windows in bedroom don't open. Dislike the old-looking green carpet in the hallways, don't go with the rest of the decor.
The staff was pretty friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Decor is absolutely stunning. Location is convenient and I loved the complimentary bike share. Nice toiletries.

United KingdomLong walk from lift to allocated room. Can’t sit on a sun bed at pool during pool party unless you agree to pay minimum $150 drinks.
Close to Miami Beach, had free sun beds on the beach , with beach towels. Gave us a room on arrival which was good as we were there early. Pool party on Saturday afternoon - you get free admission staying at hotel … normally $30 each.

ThailandThe hotel check in time was 4PM, with additional fees for early check-in. However, we can use the facilities and leave the luggage with the reception while waiting. The check in process was very slow, it took them about 20-30 minutes to check us in.
The hotel design is very beautiful, vintage vibe and trendy. The pool area on the weekday was quiet and private so we can enjoyed using the facilities. The hotel is also very close to the beach on the 7th street, with complimentary lounger.

United KingdomThe deposit: Be aware that even though all fees and taxes are paid, they ask you at check-in for 100 dollars per night extra. They said they would only block the sum, but it was actually taken from our account. They promise to release it at the moment of check-out, but it took us 18 days and repeated emails and messages to get it back. The hotel also offers very expensive food and drinks - by no means value for money.
It’s a beautiful hotel, the decoration is stunnng, and the location is perfect.
