With the price of the stay being pricey, valet should not be so expensive. Especially with the location not having any parking in the area, on the weekends.

Location was great! Nice little shops around the area surrounding the hotel, a lot of restaurants to choose from. Clean hotel and friendly staff. Was able to get a quiet room. Nicely decorated room.

The bathroom needs a fan and it would be nice if the room had more than one chair. A place for a couple of people to sit would be nice.

The closets are very small and if you have a long dress, the closet does not accommodate that length. Also, the makeup mirror in the bathroom is terrible. The Staff at the front desk were all very congenial and professional. There were a few questions regarding local recommendations that they didn't know anything about and I would have thought a Hilton in this category would have a more knowledgeable front desk staff. Also, last year when we stayed there, we asked about a block of rooms for a future wedding. They did not have any one talk to us from the sales staff but was asked to fill out a form and someone would call us. No one ever called. The future bride also went to the hotel at a later date and was told they she needed to contact them within a few months of the wedding and she felt they were not interested in this type of business. That was a somewhat disappointing response having a family member that worked for Hilton hotels in sales and marketing.

The location of the hotel is superior and that was the main reason for choosing this hotel.

Not all of the front desk staff were very hospitable and welcoming. I didn’t like that there was no independent hotel parking, only valet. I also did not like that breakfast was not included in the price.

Too stingy with soap and toiletries. No water in the room. There is no self-parking and valet parking is very expensive.

valet or no parking. tight getting in and out. but the valet service was great. some little things need attending to in a new building. or sink faucet drainer wouldn’t open but still drained. just slowly

Beautiful building. I’m from Alpharetta lived their my whole life. was a little upset when the original buildings were torn down but they have built something beautiful in its place.
