Only complaint I have was the bed being a bit firm but I still managed to get some rest in between busy days taking in the city.

The closeness to good places to find food and a metro station a couple blocks away. If you can figure out the MTA system you can avoid using uber/taxis. The Hotel was reasonably priced and the front desk personnel was accommodating. Was even able to do an early check in so I could enjoy the day in the city.

We had breakfast included. This was very poor bread, and Bagley, muffin, was not nice. Also, waffles and that was it. Coffee tea orange juice. Maybe a little more selection would be nice.

The breakfast, there was no variety, no eggs, cheese or any kind of protein also no vegetables , if you like bread with butter / waffle / cereal you’ll enjoy because thats the only things that were there. We couldn’t chose if we want to add breakfast or not because it already came with the price of the room and if i could remove the breakfast and get the room for cheaper price i would do it

Breakfast room was too small- if you didn’t get there at exactly 7:30 you didn’t get a seat. Rooms were a lot smaller than they looked in the photos

The breakfast area was very small, and the vending machines didn't take credit cards. The remote control in the room didn't work well, even after getting new batteries.

Breakfast area way too small for the size of this hotel and the number of guests it accommodates. Staff not at all helpful re advice and questions re Brooklyn area.

Clean and comfortable. Okay for 2 night stay. Good location if you are embarking on the Queen Mary 2 from Brooklyn Pier.

Nice little hotel slot and very conveniently located, price little high for the location. Hairbdryer did not work and was disappointed when they don’t deliver a replacement on time. Overall great experience and would visit here again.

Neighborhood was not desirable although totally safe. Otherwise, everything about the place is fine and worked for us. Only needed a bed to rest our heads at night. There was free continental breakfast but can't saybit was ta a tasty or worth it. Everything else was gravy. Still would consider returning if I was on a budget again.

Convenient to subway so easy access to Manhattan and other parts of Brooklyn. Huge bonus with free parking. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Facility was generally clean. Rooms were fine, beds comfy. Appreciated fridge and microwave! Bathroom had updated fixtures, shower was very nice! Our room had decent view of the city.

The room had no iron and no closet and few drawers. The lighting was fair but not great, and there was only 1 desk chair for sitting. Towels were clean but old. Lobby furniture was old with ripped upholstery. I would call this hotel "low frills".

The staff were friendly and helpful. Vending machines were well stocked and available 24/7. Refills of supplies (toilet paper, lotion, shampoo, etc.) were easy to get at the front desk. Very comfortable bed.
