there was no full wall for the second bedroom, so it made staying with our parents a bit awkward not having a private bedroom. we were on level 1 and the noise from above was so loud. could hear people walking around all night, I swear there was no roof just their floor directly above us.

Pool was dirty and was not cleaned when requested, another guest ended up trying to clean it with the net but it needed a professional clean

I booked several apartments for a large group of people. The company changed the apartments I'd booked so that there wasn't enough space. I had to battle with them for hours to get the number of bedrooms that I'd booked but we finally got there in the end.

The kitchen had lots of utensils etc., but only a microwave to cook in.

Fantastic room, funky decor, location within walking distance of many things and not too touristy. The pool was great.

Check-in could have been easier, the code we had received in advance did not work at the front store so we needed to call customer service to get in. It didn’t feel safe to have the same four-digit code for the front door AND our room.

Great apartment with well-equipped kitchen. Good pool area (although the pool was out of service for two full days during our stay). Laundry and drier in the basement (free).

This is a party hotel, mainly because there are no staff on site. This is a huge minus for the property, because the people next to us were partying until 4am on our final night. Not ideal, and therefore can’t give this hotel the 10/10 it could be otherwise. In short, you need to have people on site all the time. A front desk is convenient; sometimes being all technology Is not the way forward.

Clean and modern property, close to all the central things to do in Memphis. In this regard, it was excellent.

Unfortunately there was no staff around apart from cleaning staff so if you had any issues then you had to use WhatsApp to get in contact with staff at the hotel. In the room there was unfortunately no tea towels to use for washing up, no toaster, no iron and even though we did get a toaster by asking really these things should have been provided in the room. The furniture in the room also had a bit to be desired as there was not really enough room for everyone to sit comfortably and the furniture was not comfortable anyway. Other than that though the stay was very pleasant.

The location of the property was excellent with most attractions being within driving distance of 15 mins. The room itself was clean and tidy, very comfortable beds and pillows, two lovely shower rooms and a very spacious room for 3 adults. They left a welcome hamper for us at the beginning of our stay which was nice and staff were available through WhatsApp if we needed anything. The swimming pool was clean at all times but there was a net available if you needed to use it to get things off the surface that had blown in and there were plenty of places to sit down and relax around the pool area.

The door code did not work. We had to call for a new code, as did another couple arriving after us, a d many reviewers. Also the sofa bed was not made up nor bedding easily available though I messaged several times about this. That said,t hey quickly replied to us, apologised and gave us a discount - so very responsive

There are no staff on site at any point other than cleaners. Guests invite others and large gatherings take place at the pool, especially at night. Which kept us awake and concerned

Kitchen lacked cooking surface despite description and lacked essential items to prepare and eat a meal. Our original flat was occupied by other guests when we attempted to enter. Very unsettling mixup.

The check in system requires information to be provided online with no flexibility or concerns about security (credit card and identity details). Having no onsite staff depersonalises the experience.

Fantastic location with food, entertainment and museums nearby. The room itself was very spacious and comfortable.
