Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

SpainThere is no receptionist, but if you have any problem you can ask Jenny, who work as staff, she is very kind and will solve your problems.
A few meters behind little Havana, fantastic location. The rooms are new and the materials have the best quality. The lights and blind control is tactile, without switches.

United StatesOur arrival was marred by not being able to get the front door open with the digikey. After we struggled for quite a while, someone finally let us in. We presumed he was staff, but with limited English, it wasn't very clear. (We did not have any further with the door access or room access after that initial issue). The bathroom did not include any washcloths; I texted AND called the "24-hour help" numbers to request a washcloth; the AI responder said a washcloth would be delivered to our room ASAP, but we never received one. I presume they don't provide them, but then the response should have indicated that. The lack of human interaction was also a problem for breakfast the second morning, when they ran out of spoons. Again I texted the 24-hour help number, and no spoons were ever provided. Some guests were having to eat cereal with forks! They also seem to only have provided a single large carafe of coffee each morning, which quickly ran out, and then you had to switch to the Keurig-style machine, which was not efficient when there were many people in the breakfast room.
The location near Little Havana was excellent; though it was on a residential street that didn't look very upscale, it was perfectly safe for walking around and to Little Havana. The room modern, nice, and was comfortable, if a little bit small. The bathroom was large and well appointed (except for lack of washcloths--see below).

United StatesIt was difficult to get the entry code. The hotel did not have staff on premise except for the housekeeper. She was extremely helpful.
Loved the location- could walk to restaurants easily. The buffet breakfast was great. Wonderful fresh fruit and coffee.

United KingdomVery modern rooms, extremely comfortable bed and good amenities. The staff was super helpful and friendly, especially Yeny, Christian and Marcio. We were able to store our bags and Calle 8 was a 3 minute walk. Overall, we can definitely recommend a stay here.

United StatesI can't think of a thing I didn't like.
The location was excellent - just around the corner from Little Havana and easy to get to other Miami highlights. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Comfy beds and lovely outdoor space to unwind. Lovely breakfast was a great start to the day.

United StatesThe neighborhood felt a little sketchy (though the building itself felt secure). There's a few spots for loading/ unloading thankfully but ultimately it's street parking (welcome to Miami, at least it's not $40-80 a night like many places!). The following are little notes/ tips for improvement to the property manager rather than big negatives: 1. I wasn't bothered since I'm a heavy sleeper but know others would be- consider adding a door seal to the bottom of the doors. The hallway lights leak under the door and it's relatively bright and I also could also hear people inside the room across as a result. Another possibility is motion activated hallway lights at night. 2.Bathroom amenities- I was here for a wedding so I had my own iron and hairdryer, but the rooms didn't have any. Maybe you have to ask staff for it but by the time I realized there was not one in the room, the staff were out for the night. Offering one in every room might be unnecessary but a couple ones in the common area that people can grab if needed might be helpful. 3. front door- should add a limiter or stop- it's a big door and heavy so I didn't anticipate how much momentum it would have when I opened it and it kept swinging open when I pushed it. I caught it but chances are at some point someone won't and will accidentally rip it off its hinges haha.
Building was beautiful with an interior to match. The rooms felt modern and built with quality materials vs. the modern looking but terrible quality items found in most nice looking stays. Even little details like the bath robes were super plush and comfortable unlike the horrible ones in most hotels. I appreciated the lounge areas and outdoor patio even though I was only here one night, and you can use an app on the phone for controlling the locks which was convenient. I had to leave early so I was only able to grab a few things from the counter as I ran out for breakfast, so I was glad it was offered though I can't comment on the quality too much. Overall it was a nice relaxing stay and unless you're looking for a hot tub or pool, I'd probably choose this over most hotels and Airbnbs!

United StatesCould not get a hold of no staff using the customer service number from 7-9 am or after 6pm
The location was excellent. The cleaning staff was great. The communication with the front desk was average. The room was extremely small. There was barely enough space to move around in the room. I love the tech in the room but there was no switch for the light at the night stand. You had to turn it off by the door which didnt make any sense when u are in bed. With a few minor adjustment this would be a perfect spot in the heart of little Havana.
