Even after trying to fix TV, the channels would go in and out. Pool furniture was very dirty, so much potential, but run down. The outside of the place made me almost cancel reservation and go somewhere else because it was so run down and dirty. The garbage bin outside our room was overflowing into parking lot people were digging through it. Not an inviting atmosphere.

Front desk staff was great and friendly, TV wasnt working but staff sent someone up right away and he was very nice.

The Hotel is fun, it’s comfortable, clean. The staff is extremely friendly and very attentive! The pool parties are also very fun! We loved having a balcony where we were able to stand outside and enjoy the view of the pool and the party. The noise is almost hardly noticeable once the door was shut which was fantastic considering how poppin’ the pool gets if you want a break and some peace! :) Love the Saguaro and will definitely return!

I booked a pool view and got a room where you see only a tiny piece of it. Didn’t get the upgrade booking promised. The reception wanted to changed but had to get my staff again all around the hotel and didn’t feel too as the other. Room was not much better. The personé whole decided the hotel didn’t think about the suitcases as there is a carpet all around the hotel. Toilet was not so clean.

The style of the hotel lobby and pool are nice. The pool is a real pleasure !! Don’t wait for a fancy hotel but the charm do everything in order to stay there

This hotel had very mixed reviews. We booked for the bright, fun aesthetic. It exceeded our expectations. The room was clean. Great value for the price! The pool was so fun! Very lively! Great dj and wonderful drinks! I'd read the music started early and it didn't begin until 9 am. Fun atmosphere for friends, couples, or bachelorette groups. All of the staff were very friendly. Reviews said otherwise. You do have to watch the room keys. One quit working but no problem. The front desk happily fixed. Food was excellent. We had a ground level pool view room and loved easy access and parking right outside the room. I would stay here again.

The entire property needs a touch up from cleaning carpets and replacing some furniture is needed. The day beds in the pool area also need some cleaning. But in overall it needs some TLC.

Good location within a few minutes driving distance to restaurants and other places. The pool was nice, the rooms had plenty of space and having two bathrooms was also very helpful. I was there celebrating my birthday and the comp chilled wine and the chocolate was a really nice touch.

If you don't want to be part of the Sunday party session - you won't really have a choice. It's room-shattering bass from around 11am. Quite confusing and expensive system for booking poolside chairs and loungers. Our room wasn't super clean, aircon broke down temporarily.

Facility is outdated staff and not approachable and asking for anything is annoying for them. The AC unit was down a day with 100 degree heat. 1,000 for 4 nights was not worth is. Will not be staying here again and this would be my 4th time here. Just feel like it’s getting sloppy. The facilities are decent but invest money in the rooms please. Gym had no towels for guest and the water machine was out not working the equipment most of which did not work. Dirty hallway floors. The pool was gross !!! They did let me check in at 12 which was appreciate.

This is definitely a party hotel. They were playing loud music at the pool all day and evening long. The room overlooked the pool area and you could hear and feel the music vibrating. Lots of young people drinking and people with kids. Whilst the hotel is fine I couldn't wait to leave due to the noise and vibrations from the music.

The hotel itself is clean and has all the amenities you might need including a bar, pool, restaurant and rooms with a balcony. Good location for nearby supermarket, shops and restaurants.
