Great balcony! Nice to sit outside with our larger dog and relax. Exterior grounds were well maintained, clean.

The smoke alarm went off when I was showering; my Boy friend had to fan it . No barbque n we bought meat. There was a spray from the shower that went all over the place & they kept my pet deposit. Dogs didn’t mess up the room!!

Someone had apparently been living in one of the units on the first floor. The were cleaning out their room in the morning and it was horrific. The smell was terrible and they had so much stuff spewed into the hallways because this person who lived there was such a slob!

The room itself is very outdated and old. Doesn't seem like they keep up with maintenance much. The bed wasn't comfortable and the cleanliness of the room was questionable. We also shared a balcony overlooking the Main Street with another hotel guest but it was a little awkward being out there while they were out there.

The staff is very friendly. The location of the hotel is amazing! It's down the street from the beach and a couple of restaurants. You can easily walk to different places from there and the harbor is about a 5 minute walk.

Lack of a good heater for the room. Jacuzzi tub not working was a disappointment, but not a deal killer. The bed could have used better pillows and the drawers on the dresser need some work to make them more usable.

Close to the beach, many restaurants and artisanal breweries. Staff was helpful. Location was excellent. Beds were comfy. Do wish they had a better heating system and that the jacuzzi tub was operational. Television was excellent and had many streaming channels to select from.

Rundown building, takes some getting used to. I stayed in a studio or as the front desk called it, penthouse. The spa does not work. The power outlet in the bathroom did not work. There is a stove and oven but nothing to cook nor eat with. The AC/ heater unit was falling apart. Just glad I did not need it. Chairs are cold stainless steel.

Location is nice. It is near a very quiet public beach. Groceries and restaurants are walking distance. The sheets and bed were clean. The staff were nice. Assigned free parking. Big TV.

There was no ac and they couldn't locate my reservation when she had contact me that morning for my card info so check in took a long time the white lady in the front was very unorganized wrote down my card info on a piece of paper on the front desk so anyone can see it she was up outside drunk at 2am being loud.

The location and the Hispanic girl in the front was very nice

The bathroom towel rack was broken off the wall and there was no hairdryer.

The location is great. I was worried that there would be too much neighbor noise, but the bedroom was towards the front corner of the apartment and I did not hear any.

We really didnt have any big issues that ruined our stay. There are a few touch ups that needed to be taken care of, but it didnt make our experience bad enough to give it a sad face. I wont give it a 5 star because it isnt but we will be back again because it was a nice place.

We loved the staff!! she was friendly and very professional. She went out of her way to make us feel comfortable. She brought us over little cushions to sit on while we sat on the little "porch". The location was fantastic. Able to walk down to eat at the Social Tap and back without any issues. The room was nice enough for the price. Had a fridge and a microwave available the beds were very comfortable. No issues with the bathroom either. It was clean and did not feel like a grungy motel. There is even a couple of bbq's to use and nice size picnic tables.
