We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesI had initially a very very bad check in experience. They couldn't find my reservation, said I was reserved for another day and was a no show (which I was charged deposit forfeiture) but when she asked for proof of dates and dared me to find the email with a bad attitude, I did find the proof and showed it to her. With the confirmation number. She still didn't find it, said you were sold out, but she could get me a room for an exorbitant price! I told her there were rooms available on your website direct and they are much less expensive. She told me "then go get a room on the website." Then she walked away. I bought a second room, only to go to another clerk who said my reservation was there all along, under that number and my name!!
The room was very nice, the bed very comfortable. 95% of the staff were friendly and went above expectations. Good food choices.

Prestige club. Great check in and service. Personal reception on 36th floor was wonderful for the huge lobby was a bit overwhelming. It was a bit difficult at first to find though.

SwitzerlandSent messages prior arrival asking to arrange something special on our room as had the birthday out our daughter. Nobody ever cared to reply. At the moment of check in in asked to arrange something in the room for her birthday and staff at front desk not able to help with that simple request. Didnt even showed any will to assist. Her reply was just ahhh can't do anything about it. Maybe check with the concierge? Would expect for this kind of hotel to be abvle to accommodate such requests...Lacking electrical sockets for charging phones, etc.
Room was great. Super big and spacious. Beds really comfortable; and bathroom could fit an elephant. Toilet with a separate door from the rest of the bathroom is a great feature. Location was great for what we needed as we were to go to Caesar's for an escape game.

United StatesToo many drunk people in the pool, which would be ok if we travelled as a couple, but a bit uncomfortable as we travelled with a kid. Also - the pool is extremely small.
Great size of the room - can comfortably accommodate a family of 3 (as we travelled) or even more people if needed. We had an amazing view to the sphere - our kid absolutely loved it.
