A lot of cops and lady yelling and kicking the door. It was a little wild for my confort but need a last minute place and this what we found.

A lot of homeless hang around, the noise of other guests, no clean towels or bedding unless you go get it from the office yourself. There was no fridge, microwave or coffee maker in the room we rented for a week.

It’s a motel 6 I wasn’t expecting much but I did expect to be able to check in on time and the room to be clean. They didn’t let me check in until an hour past check in time because they were cleaning the rooms still but when I got in, there were still dried urine marks on the toilet seat, cigarette holes and stains on the bedding, the fan vent on the ceiling was moldy and disgusting. Baby German cockroaches were crawling everywhere. It’s also a non smoking property but there were smokers everywhere and the smell of smoke inside the room. I didn’t expect greatness but I did expect at least the minimum of hygienic conditions

Lobby was dirty, staff are very unprofessional, my non-smoking room smelled like an ashtray and cat urine. Room was dirty.

Staff was unpleasant at the front desk. Washing machines were both out of order.

Location was great. Easy to reach our friends. Bed was comfortable and the AC worked well.

I didn't like the fact that the shower was not properly cleaned. There were hairs in there from the previous renters. The room stunk a little when we got there. The cable kept going out. The color scheme of the room I didn't care for. I wanted a lower room, but since we got stuck in traffic, of which, wasn't y'alls fault...but we got stuck up in a 2nd floor room. I cannot do stairs very well.

I like the new style of furniture and the TV on the wall.

Run down rooms , cracked flooring, missing flooring panels . Paint or noxious smell in room . Thin walls , noise from other rooms and outside . Patrons were allowed to rev their engines into the night , occurred till 2am. Then work trucks rev the engines starting back up at 5am. Long sleepless night :(

The toilet was plugged and we let staff know when we left for the day. Hoping maintenance or housekeeping would clear the clog. The toilet had not been touched when we came back that evening. By then there was no staff to come help and no other rooms. We were given a plunger to do it ourselves. My husband is a plumber by trade and couldn't get the toilet to run properly.

They need to clean better, and spray for bugs , but can understand it's a rough area and it's harder and harder to keep up with this craziness . And homelessness going on right now. I would love to come in and help this place turn around , I'm a property maintenance management here in Denver for over 7 yrs for a higher end private owner , and have really learned some tricks , of the trade , we've only had 1 real eviction in 7 yrs , and me and my husband are a team , and think this place could really do good if stepped up. Hope you all the best and thanks for all your friendly service.

Police drive Around and look at everybody like they’re crazy drug addicts if you stay here you may be guilty by association you never know and that’s not even a joke place is very iffy

I like housekeeping they are very sweet to me and I like being close to the office and feel safe

I like staying at here for location and price but it definitely needs some TLC and a cleaning crew that know what they're doing
