No chain latch. Deadbolt didn't work. No one in office for checkout. Went to the office an hour apart to drop off key and no one there. Called 3 times between 9 :00 am and 2:00 pm checkout day to notify that keycard was left in room. No answer with no way to leave a message. No call back from them.

Almost Everthing, the staff was very unfriendly and seemed to be a little lazy, the shower handle was broken off and just laying in the tub when we arrived and the front door had a large gap when closed so Everthing outside was heard clearly and loud. Sheets would just be balled up outside of rooms on the chairs and the front desk person was almost never there until super late at night.

I liked the area and that it was walking distance to a lot of Gatlinburg

Staff was rude, wasn’t there when we tried to check in for over an hour, note on the door said be back in a few and it was late. We were there from 9:20-10:30pm waiting. Had to book another hotel before they all closed for the night then the lady called asking where we were to check in. After offering proof of MULTIPLE calls and picture proof of how long we waited, she rudely hung up. Checked in the next day and was told we could have a refund for the first night since I had the proof and showed the worker which I have yet to receive or hear anything back a month later. Hair was still in the shower from previous guest, shower handle was broken, ac was super loud, but room was decent for the price. Staff just sucks.

Cleanliness was a major issues. Bathroom sink still had trash in sink, shower knob to turn it on was hanging off and barely stayed on, not enough towels or washcloths for even two people requested more but never received them, sheets were stained and had hair on them still, the mini fridge had melted ice cream still left inside it. And the door when closed and locked you could still see outside due to a small gap between door and door frame which didn’t make my family feel extra safe.

The location was perfect. And you couldn’t beat the price for the two rooms I booked. They were helpful when trying to check into our room when door key wasn’t working.

The bathroom needed updated. We only had one light in the bathroom. Staff was hard to find to replenish room supplies. The refrigerator didn't work either.

Living space was updated. It was clean. We got what we paid for.

Mold on the ceiling in front of the bathroom door, water leak & mold on the bathroom shower ceiling,and the man at the front desk was hateful.

There was black mold in the shower. There was no heat in the bathroom. There was a large gap under the door, allowing cold air in all night. There was nowhere to discard trash other than a 1 gallon trash bin in the room. There was no staff on duty other than when we checked in

The only thing we liked about the property was the location. It was a six minute walk to downtown Gatlinburg

The rooms were dirty and the bathroom had a moldy hole in the ceiling above the shower. There was roaches in the room.

There was a dispenser for soap in the shower but it was empty. The heat in our room didn’t work and the carpet in the room needed to be cleaned.

It was far from the strip about a 8min walk. The beds were comfortable. The room inside was very cozy.

There was a guy smoking Marijuana down from our door he didn't bother us, and we didn't bother him... we were only there one night... approximately 12 hours.

The towels are old and in need of replacement desperately (there were a lot of stains). The water temperature is wholly dependent on whether or not someone else was flushing the toilet, using the sink, or showering.

The rooms were large, the bed was very comfortable, the furniture is new. The fridge and microwave were both in perfect working order. You can tell they are actively remodeling the motel.
