I'd be willing to pay less for a room without a kitchette. Juices in the breakfast area were watery.

Friday was great, Saturday was very very overcrowded Couldn't find a parking spot in hotel parking lot , pool and hot tub also crowded. Breakfast very bad..

Stayed 2 nights with our 3 children in a 2 bedroom suite room was very 8 nice big and clean, staff was nice. Pool was Cold but the hot tub made up for that.

Carpet in room didn't appear to be vacuumed. TV was on the "small" side but adequate for room.

Breakfast was OK. Hot foods hot, cold foods cold. Served eggs, scrambled, sausage and french toast. French toast was difficult to chew around crust.

Unfortunately, I spoke to a lady on the phone prior to our check in after following the prompt in my email to confirm that our request of an early check in time would be carried through. When I spoke to the woman she was very rude and honestly didn’t make much sense. I asked about a late check in if we could not have the early one and she said that that couldn’t be guaranteed either. The bed was a bit uncomfortable and the bathtub is just a bit shallow.

The location provides a map in the lobby with different destinations such as grocery stores and the amount of time it would take to get there. The location served breakfast, which was serviceable, nothing too fancy. The room was also easily accessible, there was a door right by the parking lot that led up to our room. There were lots of restaurants and fast food places near the hotel as well. Lastly, I enjoyed the early check in time. My boyfriend and I were going to a festival and we were allowed to check in early so that we could drop our stuff off before we went to the festival.

We got to the hotel to check in about 5:00 pm. The front desk lady was very nice and respectful. Easy to talk to. Her name was Heather. We got to our room and it was what appeared to be cleaned well. All appliances worked great except for one lamp that was broke in the livingroom area. Hallways were hot and not air conditioned. Elevators worked. The ac in the unit did work amazing, and we like our room cold. Very quiet hotel even for being right off the main highway. There were odd stains on the curtains like someone had smoked inside the room or rust had touched them idk. I found a dried up contact on the bathroom floor. We always go straight to the beds to make sure there are no creepy crawlers.. and all the sheets and mattresses were white white and clean! What a relief. That's always a fear of mine. I did find what looked like a housekeeper long hair under the fitted sheet. :( This place made a great Wedding Anniversary escape for the weekend for us. For this priced I'd give this hotel a 9/10. Definitely will stay there again. Not to bad. One of the outside doors key locked didn't open and you had to go to the main doors each time. That made a longer walk bc our room and elevator were closest to that door. Lobby and halls rec room other rooms were all very clean from what I could see. I did use the treadmill and it was very nice. Ac controlled room with a lock. Clean towels and items were easily accessible. Breakfast had good options. Plenty of space to eat. :)

Very friendly staff and comfortable beds. The social areas were really nice. Our bathroom was massive.

Room was smaller than expected. The place is dated. Lightbulbs were burned out in bathroom. Toilet was too low. No sink in actual bathroom. Outside alone wasn’t ideal. There was a stale smell when you first walk in each time. Kitchen microwave worked intermittently. Stove had burners that didn’t work.

Location was great. Easy access to places. Some staff were great, others not so much.

Very run down. Terrible beds. Keypad failure - had to go to the desk 3 times in a row then staff had to reset the hotel door keypad. Super outdated and overall gross feeling.

This property is very old and outdated. We drove from one end to the other looking for the main entrance. Rooms are small for 3 people.
