When walking hallways wallpaper is paper is peeling everywhere. Molding is coming off in a lot places. You can hear all the footsteps in room above and it was very noisy at night, seemed lots of people partying and loud music

The pool was closed almost the entire time, which was the reason for the choice in hotel.

My bathroom door handle was broken and my husband almost got locked inside the bathroom. Not enough towels for the 4 of us.

The room is not soundproof. Very noisy. I can hear People next clearly. Can’t fall asleep at all.

Our room had things that were broken and not fixed. Like the end table in between the beds was not fastened to the wall as it is a floating effect type and table and was not screwed in. I put my phone on it and it fell off and the towel rack in the bathroom was just on the sink counter and my daughter found a shaving razor cover on the bathroom floor and one of our pillows smelled like cat pee which was weird because we have cats at home so we know what it smells like, but at the same time didn't expect to have that on one of our hotel pillows

It was perfect for what we needed after our plane landed at 11:00 p.m. before we drove back to Vermont

Wasn't as clean as and up kept as expected like the pictures presented. The bed wasn’t entirely comfortable more like cheap mattress. I paid for extended checkout by an hour for an extra $10 and the staff failed to communicate or check properly from the night before because we were woken up by a knock for housekeeping and a shortly after had a call from the front desk saying that we need to be out because we overstayed check out which was incorrect and proven wrong.

The location was right off the highway and towards the back away from the roads. Good for a quick night budget stay.

We had no hot water during our stay. Rooms were fairly dirty with visible dust on fixtures and bathrooms showing visible sign of previous occupants. Very stingy breakfast.

Ample parking and large lobby area for working or relaxing. This appears be the newer part of the property. Room appeared to have been refurbished recently.

Room itself was in rough shape. You can tell the original structure is still being used but now with new (cheap) furniture to give it some photo appeal. Hard structures like walls, bathroom fixtures, shower itself, doors, trim, and carpet have been heavily used and patched together.

Staff were very friendly and attentive. Quick to respond and helpful instruction.

The breakfast was very basic, i have seen better. The internet was bad. The connection was constantly breaking up or it didnt reconnect for hours, lucky I had my consule with me. No coffee maker. The rooms are not sound proof, prepare for some ackwardness. The hotel has two floors, and no elevator.

The room was big, bright and modern. The bed was very comfy. I like the wood flooring, no carpet. The tele was nice and big with some decent selection of channels. Gym open 24hrs thats good. Guest laundry was avaible for some tokens you can avail at the reception.

Bathroom wasn’t clean enough in the bad tub area and the bed was so hard , another thing on the hallways you can smell the marihuana coming from somewhere. Is not my first time on this hotel and las time the bed wasn’t that bad but the smell on the hallways was there I tough it was something from a moment but I guess not.

The property needs to be cleaned better, there were areas of rust, stains as well as wear and tear.

I enjoyed the pool area. My son really utilized it and had fun.

Our room was really cold. It took forever for the heater to get the room warm. Walking through the hallways smelled like cigarettes and it said it was a non smoking facility. We were there in the middle of a snow storm and the parking lot wasn’t a single time in the 24 hours we were there.

Friendly staff. The lobby was very modern looking and clean. Bed was comfy.

The room was ice cold upon entry, but it did warm up in a reasonable amount of time. There were a couple of stains on the sheet and blanket.

Although the building is old and I would suggest it is a 3 star facility, it was very clean and well kept.

The 1st room I was placed in triggered allergies: Dirty, bugs, dust , mold. The stuff was compliant and moved me to a much cleaner room.

Breakfast was limited. Long lines... Rationed out...

The heater made noise all night long as the blower was really loud. There was no hot water for the shower, we both ended up having to take warm showers. Breakfast was minimal and even though it was in the room price we had to go out to eat as there wasn't much there. There is a sign that you were only allowed to take one of anything on the buffet. Staff was standing there watching what you were taking making you feel like you were under surveillance. The pillows were about half the size of a normal pillow so when you turned over your head fell off the pillow.

The location was good. Easy to get to right off the highway. The front lobby was really pretty and spacious. I like that cars weren't able to park right in front of the rooms, so it kept the noise and lights down. The hotel looked like it had been refreshed recently and there were hardwood floors in the rooms. Front desk staff were friendly. Clean and well maintained.
