Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

ItalyA couple of weeks before our arrival they informed us about a temporary closure of the pool area and a restaurant for renovation which we bet was planned a way before than 2 weeks so we didn’t fully enjoy all the services. The beach staff was not efficient neither agile and proactive.

CanadaI never figured out the lighting in my room. Bathrooms by the pool are far. Charging an extra daily “resort fee” felt like gouging to me, since it’s not optional.

Hotel Lobby ceiling looks questionable, as you walk in you expect to have things immaculate and on first glance it looks like it has yellow staining due to leaks but which is an eye sore. Other than that room size and layout was great although I felt from a design / interior perspective it was bland. I would stay here again given the overall offering, but believe the hotel has an opportunity to level up based on some minor tweaks.

United StatesPoor room service, and pool service. Have to wait a lot to get a pool towel or to order a drink. Extra credit card charges by mistake after my check out. Pool closes too early, and one afternoon they closed the pool at 5pm for a private business party which the music was extreme loud until 5am (yes, am). The lobby smells fried bacon specially in the morning, because the Market breakfast has an open kitchen. One morning, there was a couple at the pool that was not staying in the hotel, but ordering food and using all private areas; the staff mentioned they could not stay and use the pool, but they did not leave and the staff didn’t do anything… no consideration for those staying and paying for the hotel. The cost of the hotel is way above the service they provide.
