Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

All the halls smelled like weed. Swear could get second hand high walking down halls. Bed were very hsrd.
The location was good and the pizza from thr bar was good.

With having two kids with us… the constant partying of other guests, loudly, yelling out our windows. Breakfast is set at a time, I went down stairs with my two kids to get some and was told they put it away before the time was up. Beds are not comfortable at all. Paint chipping off the walls in bathroom, shower head looks like it’s about to fall off. Parking is free but good luck finding a good spot… there was liquor bottles in one of the parking spots. Found trash in the dresser. Someone tempted to break in to our car, and while in the parking lot in a parked spot we got three big dents in my car!! And what looks to be one long key marking going across my diver side. Just not a good place for kids a lot of adult content going on. And adults sexualizing my kids. The bar and grill, Food was not bad the soda was flat, they was out of a lot of things so limited to what we could eat. The waiter was wonderful and so kind. The off duty waiter was not so kind kept on hinting for us to leave, turning the lights off on us he was drunk on time of it, talking to the other drunks about how we need to hurry up and get out. The list could keep on going for days.
The staff… they was wonderful very kind even showed us pleases to go while we here on vacation.

Hallways reeked of smoke, outside door doesn't lock from the outside, door had a huge gash in it, parking is cramped, toilet didn't flush very well, and it was very noisy from neighbors and cars in the lot.
the price and the doors that lead directly outside. Didn't visit the bar, but it's always a plus to have one.

Most of the doors to get into hotel didn't work or didn't work well. Overall cleanliness could be improved and an update in carpets, replace things that look worn and are original to hotel etc. would help.
Location was close for what we needed to get done. I liked that parking was free so we didn't have to worried about that.

Hotel is run down. Hot tub closed. Pool area has no tables. Tiny towels that are stained. Blankets with cigarette burn holes. No breakfast room to sit and eat your minimal breakfast. Didn’t even have the room that we booked-it was closed down months ago

There was no breakfast served or available, even though the website said Continental breakfast was served. Our reservations were for 4 people but there were only towels for 2 people. When asked for more towels, we were told they would send them in 2 hours, which was after we would be checking out.

Rooms aren't very clean. Behind the beds are dirty and garbage. Tv's need to be updated and upgraded the system is very bad. Always had to call for help.
