Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

the only issue I had was the carpets I did not bring house slippers and wore socks or barefoot and under my foot was sooo black from the carpet.

The elevator was very slow due to the lack of a service elevator that housekeeping can use.
The breakfast was very good. The access to the hotel was easy and a.good location. Check in & check out was uncomplicated. Would.have no problem staying here again.

The suite I had was supposed to have a pull out couch but instead just had a chair in that spot. It worked out okay in that I ended up not needing the extra bed, but just be warned that if you actually need it for additional beds that you confirm with them ahead of time.
Not the fanciest but clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a lot of good options. Rooms cleaned and restocked daily.

Breakfast was terrible. It was not restocked. Every day they were out of several items. The first day they were out of bacon, biscuits, whipped cream, yogurt and waffle mix which with the exception of bacon and whipped cream did not get restocked. We had to ask for those. There was one tea bag, one oatmeal packet and one blueberry muffin. On the second day they were out of bacon, biscuits, blueberry muffins, strawberries and whipped cream. The biscuits were not restocked. The breakfast attendant was hiding in the back room, not checking anything. On the third say, the attendant was checking everything but they were out of tea and strawberries.
Room was clean and comfortable. The room had a microwave and a refrigerator and everything I needed. Staff was friendly, except for breakfast attendant on first two days. The front desk staff and housekeeping were great and the front desk was able to provide me with a toothbrush. Parking was ample. Location was convenient.

Trouble contacting location about changed arrival time. Bathtub drain would not completely close. No nightlight in the bathroom. Breakfast is usually abundant, but not this time. We were not near closing time for breakfast, but facility was out of boiled eggs, bacon or sausage, fruit, and there were only a couple of tea bags.

Sat in lobby from 245-325pm waiting for room to get clean. Went to pool no towels available, hallways were very messy on 2nd floor. Went to elevator and hallway a few times to find 2 females sleeping standing up slouched over, small dog barked all the time, and person above is random times day and night running back and forth and jumping.

There were quite a few loud guests placed on upper levels later at night. The furniture is dated and appears damaged .
The staff were friendly and kind. The gal who does breakfast is ray of sunshine and everyone wanted to make the stay comfy for us and our pets.
