We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesThe suite I had was supposed to have a pull out couch but instead just had a chair in that spot. It worked out okay in that I ended up not needing the extra bed, but just be warned that if you actually need it for additional beds that you confirm with them ahead of time.
Not the fanciest but clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a lot of good options. Rooms cleaned and restocked daily.

United StatesBreakfast was terrible. It was not restocked. Every day they were out of several items. The first day they were out of bacon, biscuits, whipped cream, yogurt and waffle mix which with the exception of bacon and whipped cream did not get restocked. We had to ask for those. There was one tea bag, one oatmeal packet and one blueberry muffin. On the second day they were out of bacon, biscuits, blueberry muffins, strawberries and whipped cream. The biscuits were not restocked. The breakfast attendant was hiding in the back room, not checking anything. On the third say, the attendant was checking everything but they were out of tea and strawberries.
Room was clean and comfortable. The room had a microwave and a refrigerator and everything I needed. Staff was friendly, except for breakfast attendant on first two days. The front desk staff and housekeeping were great and the front desk was able to provide me with a toothbrush. Parking was ample. Location was convenient.

We were not near closing time for breakfast, but facility was out of boiled eggs, bacon or sausage, fruit, and there were only a couple of tea bags.
