Rugs were dirty, towels were rough and too small, no shampoo/conditioner or soap in the dispensers, TV screen would freeze up and at times there was no sound.

The brush grew up over the path just in front by the parking lot a bit too much. Made early morning walk a bit scary through that small section of path

The microwave had the front vent missing and the door was missing a piece which had glue exposed. The door did not shut properly. Must have bothered the lady beside of us cause she came out asking if we needed help. The shower wall was slimy.

The location and room was good, the pool was excellent. Some recommendations based on our experience - -Need more comfortable pull out couch beds. The one in our room was practically not usable since it was so spring and pokey and had no support and cushioning. - some board games and perhaps a popcorn machine would make the downstairs office more welcoming for families and could be a hangout place in the evenings for those who choose to stay indoors - need a mat in the balcony so as not to bring sand and dirt in. - need a use when you need kind of clothesline or clothes rack in the balcony to easily dry beachwear These small additions will add a lot of value to the stay! No hand soap or shower gel. Person at desk said "just use the shampoo, it's all the same". That may be true, but it's annoying to have to reach in the shower every time you want to wash your hands at the sink. Towels could have been upgraded. Expected closer access to the beach.

The living room was very dark (no sunlight) we kept a lamp on which gave off light, but we love natural light. The shower curtain was ripped, and the screen on the sliding balcony was off track. Despite dehumidifiers, the rooms were damp feeling. It was still a great trip we love the Outer Banks. Hatteras has become our new go to.

Nothing really. Just minor things like the wifi not working and the dish washer was out of service. Honestly didn't need to use either but wifi would of been cool for the wind down.

The area. It's quiet and peaceful. Close to the Marina. Found a small grave with a sad back story but love for the history behind the island.

The tub really needs replaced, lots of bad black marks by the drain. Also there were only 2 hangers in the closet, such an inexpensive necessity. Coffee pot too small.

Kitchen could use some dish towels and dish rack/mat, refrigerator (top area and underneath) constantly leaked water even though we followed the directions given, 2 telephones in the room did not work, Kees needs to update codes (room door, laundry, wifi) on their welcome letter - they were wrong so we had to go to main office several times to fix.

Location was great, pool was enjoyable and clean, condo was clean, bed was very comfortable, reasonably priced, walking access to shops/restaurants/ferry, condo updates were nice, kitchen cleaning supplies were helpful, great beach access.
