It took about 1 hour to fill the jet tub. We planned to sleep in, but there was a lot of banging around, beginning at 6:30am and lasting a long time. Not sure if it was someone cleaning or what, but that's my main complaint.

Our king suite was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The owners were especially kind. A nice variety was offered at breakfast. The bed was comfortable and the room offered everything we needed. Very close to Keuka Lake.

Beds were a bit hard, we had an issue with a few ants and bugs, and there is very little sink space to set out your bathroom accessories.

The food was pretty good. I would have liked another protein option besides hard boiled eggs, like protein bars.The room was beautiful and felt warm and refreshed. The property was inviting and had nice chairs and tables outside each room. Great management and felt invited.

I didn't like that the heater was loud and my bed was hard.

I like that it got a bottom floor end room. I also liked that it had a little area to hang your clothes. I liked that the remote lite up. Nice and easy to see.

Everything was great - for drinks/food you would need to drive up or down the road (about 15 min either way).

Nice, little inn on the road around Fingers Lakes. Super friendly, quite, spacious with fair breakfast. It is in the middle of nowhere with only one other place across the road - another inn and a cafe/restaurant.

Off season no ice machines and little customer service. At 11:05 the caretaker knocked on our door and waited for us to leave!

The room was a bit on the cold side when we got there, and the heating system made quite some noise during the night. Upon checking out, I reached out to the hosts about this, and apparently there was a thermostat to turn up the heat, but we failed to locate it. Also, the windows are old and let a lot of noise in from the road next to the inn, so that is perhaps something to improve.

Convenient stop for us along the way towards NY. They were able to accommodate us on a short notice, and kept in close contact through messages. The breakfast was quite diverse and good quality. The morning view was very nice with the Autumn colors.

It was Fall and the weather had changed. But it was nice enough to sit outside. The balcony chairs were old and not the most comfortable, but for a one night visit, they made due. It was located on a main thoroughfare, so a little traffic noise. We had a lovely view of the hills.

The hosts were friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was generous with plenty of different options. No hot options, which was fine for us. There was hot coffee and water for tea.

Would of been nice to have some hot foods available for breakfast, but just a personal preference.
