Tell the front desk to smile, they are beautiful and need to smile. Give them a raise, they'll smile more. However, they were dressed well, nice clean uniforms and very accommodating. Give them a raise, they deserve it.

The staff was classy and amazing. Make sure the younger staff tighten up on the neatness and classy dressing. Make sure the bell hops address the guest and not look like their 'hanging out' talking with each other and ignoring the guest for assistance. Lighten up the room colors its too dark. The party in the lobby bar was very nice with good music, good food and good Philadelphia company.

Hallways and communal areas were freezing. I know it's summer, but if I need to wear long sleeves in the lobby and bar, it's not enjoyable.

Location close to city hall, reading market were walking distance. Loves having the option of a pool, although weather was not cooperating and we were not able to enjoy it as often as we would like. Loved having a coffee machine in room and room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was great, many options all looked and tasted delicious.

We booked the room including breakfast, and this is the first ever hotel that asked for extra payment from us when checking out, because they only give USD60 (for 4 person) towards the breakfast, which is nowhere written in the booking, and never explained when we checked in. This was terribly handled both from the hotel and booking, we are still fighting to get our money back, hopefully this will get sorted out soon

The hotel is at great location, rooms are clean and spacious, night view is amazing, love the bathroom design. Very nice bar and fancy cocktails

There were a few things that came up from under the sheets/mattress that were from previous guests (rose petals/wrappers). We were not too displeased as everything else was amazingly clean and it’s not a common place for things to be.

The beds are very low/ no microwave in the room or anywhere in the hotel, so that made it difficult to enjoy food later while back at the room. The bathroom setup is very open, not private. Beautiful hotel but more stylish and sexy and the amenities set up proves it's not for a family visit, more for couple leisure.

The room is too dark, I understand moody but I had to use my cell phone to find items in the suitcase. The staff at the check-in desk were nice but didn’t go too much out of their way. For me a 4 night stay is long — perhaps a nice bottle or something little for our stay? I asked for a small vase to hold flowers for a couple hours and they told me to go buy one down the street. The lack of creativity was surprising. Finally I said please have a look this cannot be such a strange ask… even a large glass would do. Also I changed the booking and when we arrived it was still incorrect in the system. The person that checked us in was lovely and changed it but I was told via booking.com that the change had already been made.

Fun and comfortable room and facilities! The pool was amazing. Most staff were super accommodating when asked for support. The cleaning staff did an excellent job!!!!

Check-in was frustrating. As we had some important business calls to make at 4pm, I called in advance to request an early check-in by just 30 minutes so we could get settled into the room to make our calls. I also did the on-line virtual check-in and we arrived over an hour ahead of time to to check in, but could only get on their "waitlist". We only received a text for our meeting shortly after 4 pm and when we got back to the lobby, the check-in line was 12 customers deep. The hotel would benefit from a more staggered check-in and more coordination of their room cleaning schedules which I think would benefit both the guests as well as the front desk... avoiding the long wait times and the bolus of impatient guests.

We stayed in the fantastic suite, city view which was very spacious, with great views and a contemporary open floor layout. The suite was also separated at the end of the hall and was very quiet.

The room’s furniture was awkwardly organized - The walls need a paint refresh - they look beat up! The lighting was mediocre - The door keycards were a pain to sync so the door would open -

The room wasn’t 100% clean, I could clearly see dust on surfaces. Showing signs of wear and tear. Smell of weed in the corridor. Not always classy clientele. We couldn’t access the pool with our key fob and nobody was there to let us in. Spa only for treatments and public saunas/steam room would have been nice. Valet seemed lost at times. In general not great value for money.

The lighting in the bedroom was set up with electronic push buttons for different settings and we struggled with to find a way of selecting the right mode, unless it was all off or all on. Also the air con in the room was either quiet and freezing cold or alternated between a pleasant temperature and a really loud fan right over the bed. A more simple arrangement might have been better.

The hotel is in a great location in the city centre, close to all the attractions, shops and subway stations. It's a modern hotel with all the facilities you need. All the staff were amazing and so friendly, and we particularly enjoyed interacting with the bar staff who were especially welcoming. The room was a great size with a huge bed and TV and the bathroom was spacious and had all the space you need.

It would be nice to have breakfast included and more gluten free options available. The wifi was a bit patchy and the gym was quite limited.

The location of the hotel is great for downtown and walkable to most places. The room was amazing and extremely comfortable and spacious with an incredible view of the city. It was really quiet and the staff were very approachable and friendly. The pool was great!
