Didn't care for the parking lot situation. The self parking is next to another hotel. Once you find where to park and how to take a shortcut to get to and from the garage it's not too inconvenient.

Location is good. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. I enjoyed the room and kitchenette.

If we stayed here again we would like to be on beach side, we were on road side and it was very noisy, we couldnt have the balcony doors open as it was so so noisy. We had to wait a long time at the service desk each time we went there, even just for beach towels.

The rooms were a generous size and the location was fabulous. Nice to have a kitchenette in the room as well. The nearby beaches were beautiful and Ala Moana shopping centre was within walking distance.

It was difficult to find the Waikiki Marina Resort office in order to check in. But once we found it , the staff were incredible. They treated us wonderfully.

Location for hotel is fantastic . Our room was overlooking the Carpark though - it was extremely noisy so had to keep room door closed all the time.

Great location next to Hilton Hawaiian Village, so easy access to HHV's lagoon and beach. Free hula show on Fridays followed by fireworks. There's a convenience store, a couple of cafes, poke and ice cream shops on the ground floor as well as a restaurant on level 30 with great views. Our room was Berry spacious and had a kitchen which was a bonus.

This resort was perfect. We arrived from a 16 day cruise and took the local bus. We arrived at 8:30 Am and although we were advised they could hold our luggage we were surprised by being able to check into our room right away. This was a big bonus. The room was basically a nice studio with full kitchen facilities. On Friday night they had a little show followed by the fireworks. The location of the hotel is perfect especially if you want to get around by public transport as the bus stop is right outside. We used this to travel all around the island. to get to excursion locations.

The pools were very nice, I liked the shallow pool with the sun chairs in the water! It was awesome having a coffee shop, convenience store, ice cream and restaurants all on site!

I should not have forgotten the remote for our Firestick.

We enjoyed our time on Oahu staying at Marina Resort at the Ilikai. Very comfortable room. Great breakfast. We had a late lunch one day and enjoyed it as well. Carolina was very welcoming on our arrival. Ryan was also helpful with assistance retrieving the forgotten remote for our Firestick. We will do it again should the opportunity present itself.

The location is superb; easy with local bus/trolley or chartered tour pickups. Walking distance to the harbor the beach the magic island and the ala mona center. Overall very happy stay for 4 nights.

While we are outside waiting for our car, one of your stuff driving a truck going in to the garage looking at us and give us an attitude. The reason why we found out that he was one of your employee because he said himself, I work here yelling it to us why driving his truck. My brother requested extra towel on Saturday and they told him you can’t get some towels because you didn’t stay for 5 days.
