Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaOutdated room! The bedroom felt like a holiday inn vibe! No wall decor and the No view! Just a roof! That was shocking to me because when I searched up top hotels, this hotel came up and I had been to other waldorf Astorias that took my breath away! I was kinda getting away from that “outdated” hotel feel while visiting because it was Disney world… I called the staff to ask them for another room but they said they were fully booked.. I almost wanted to change hotels and go to a four seasons or a ritz but was way too tired traveling all day
The service, staff and bathroom cleanliness. Marci, our server for room service and at the breakfast area was incredible! She made our whole stay honestly! She remembered it was my moms birthday when I mentioned it briefly when she asked why we came …. And brought her a cake, we all cried … it felt so heartwarming and special from her heart!

United States of AmericaThe bathrooms off the pool stank like sulfur and sewage. the TV in our room did not work the whole time of our stay in spite of multiple visits by the staff.
Outstanding staff. Beautiful accomodations. Great beds. This may seem silly but the hotel smelled wonderful. The food was superior.

Singaporethis is a major issue for me - the hotel restaurants (which have a great rep) were all fully booked on the evening that I stayed. What is the point in staying in a hotel because it has a steakhouse and never getting to try the steak!? it’s not right that hotel restaurants either don’t have the capacity to serve it’s hotel guests or don’t prioritise them and take outside bookings.
the staff - particularly the wait staff working in the restaurants and poolside were super friendly and helpful - they really went above and beyond. the pool and cabanas are really beautiful and the food is great. the gym is excellent. love the floor to ceiling mirrors. room service was decent

CanadaThe room service never answered the phone and the in room dining is a very unfair proposition. They charge you almost 9 dollars for a can of coke which is absurd in my opinion. Also, everything you want to do has a charge associated with it. The amount they charge you and the services in return are not a fair trade of and honestly expected more from a hotel of this caliber. Over all great stay with a few things that they could improve on and a great starting point would be for them to answer their phones.

United States of AmericaI was dismayed by the wear and tear of the hotel. I expected more from a Waldorf Astoria. Every fine restaurant within the hotel was sold out. The hotel boutiques were only open for a limited and sporadic amount of time. The parking fee is extreme - $40 per day for hotel guests. The best thing about the hotel was the breakfast buffet (that we paid for at the time of our booking) and we couldn't get in the first full day of our stay because the wait was over an hour and a half. For those expecting a quiet and sophisticated hotel, please note that this is considered a Disney resort. There are little kids all over the place. It gets loud - even in the hotel bar. I am a mother and a teacher - I have a lot of patience and love kids. However, I was treating my husband for what I foolishly assumed would be a romantic getaway. The hotel was chaotic and crowded.
I love the proximity of this hotel to Winter Park as well as to various venues in the city of Orlando. My husband enjoyed his golf game on the resort golf course.

Italy• Staff at the reception very burocratical, slow and formal… with a false smile on their faces and ready to say formal sentences like in the movie “the Truman Show”… Pity !!! … A natural smile would be better than 1.000.000 formal words ! • Very Slow People working and the Breakfast … every morning we have got the line waiting to be seated … but not because the Breakfast Area was full of Clients, just because nobody was cleaning the free tables ! Where is the Manager on dury responsible of the Breakfast ?? And … Where is the F&B Director ?
