We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThe room had no amenities. I felt like I paid for a bed, dresser and TV. I was expecting to be able to enjoy quiet time in room. No refrigerator or microwave, no coffee machine or simple amenities needed for ultimate comfort.

United States of AmericaDidn't like the fact that I had to wait over 40 minutes to checkout only to be told by the receptionist that I have to go through Booking.com to get a receipt. Some came into our room while we were gone and stoled all our hotel water. That now have to pay for. Then was told I had to do a $50 refundable retainer. I will let it known I will not ever stay at this hotel or use Booking.com

PhilippinesThe noice if those who walk by your room is really heard so it’s really hard to sleep. There was initially upon booking a TV included in the room but when we got there no TV was included in our room. Prior to booking with the property there were no information that there will be a $200 deposit the room a little heads up would have been nice. The phone for the guest services were not answered regularly. A simple request for extra bottled of water cannot be made because the phone was not answered frequently. You can’t even order room service. Although that is not the deal breaker for this booking the parking affiliated with the Hotel the one behind it you get a 50% off being the guest of the hotel but it is not safe. We found our car windows open and the cars besides us when we checked out and went to our car. Good thing nothing was stolen.
I liked the ambiance and the industrial look of the place. Few of the staff were really nice some are okay. They also gave us a room with the view as requested. Also the location is convenient if you are planning to explore the NYC.

United States of AmericaPhone kept ringing at 2 AM for no reason, Noise of the HVAC window unit turning on woke me up, Hard to turn on the shower, to reach the shower handle you had to reach around the glass exposing one's self to a cold burst of water, not fun. No soap, in bar or liquid form, in the room, they had shampoo and lotions but no soap. The diverter in the bathroom sink was not adjusted correctly mostly hot, had to turn all the way to the right to get some cold water. How often do you service the room? Lastly a light switch that didn't turn on/off anything,
The size of the room was very nice, the furniture layout, nice big screen TV, nice comfy bed and chair. Nice working desk but needs a light/lamp. Nice coffee but should have a couple of bottle waters to fill the tank. Love the quality of the water, did not dry my skin out.

Ac didn’t work, room didn’t have coffee machine and mirrors was so small compared to other two room i had booked. Toilet seat had pubic hair on it. Staff was nice, They did changed my room next day but other room still had ac problem. It wouldn’t cool. Average temperature was 71 in room.

United States of AmericaFirst of all, spent a whole hour at the lobby on check in, the front desk person Victor, charged me $50 per night, and no documentation to backup said charges. Hilton hotels do NOT have that policy, treated me very rudely. There are zero amenities, facilities are dirty, bathroom had moldy curtains and no room service for my entire 4 days stay. Never staying here again, a disgrace to Hilton hotel chains, no recognition even when I mention I was a Hilton gold member.
