No shampoo or conditioner in room. By the time I realized this shortage I was in shower. Sofa needs to be cleaned. Looks like lots of sex was had in rm 111.

Staff smoking weed caused the elevator and lobby to smell horrible. Would appreciate not being woken up at 4:00 am to the smell of weed permeating throughout the hotel.
Overall a pleasantly decorated hotel.

Floor in my room was very warped. Foot of bed approximately 2 inches higher than head! Wash cloths were splotchy although I didn't doubt they had been laundered.

1.the towels were not clean. when I asked about them they said they killed the bacteria. since I had run a camp ground before I explained that they are white towels, and should be white when customers use them. It can be done with good soap and hot water. 2. several workers there could not speak English

The floors were very dirty. The breakfast was not very good. Needs to be upgraded was not very warm. Bacon was burnt was edible but could use a little bit of an upgrade fresh fruit was not available. The coffee was good. The juice was good. I liked they had a toastereggs were OK Also, breakfast should be served till 10 even though I had breakfast at 6 AM when they first opened and even then it was not warm
The beds were extremely comfort and all the bedding was very very clean. Staff was very very accommodating.

The beds looked like they were not changed. The wash cloths and towels were dingy and stained. Personal items and trash were found in the rooms when we checked in.
Some of the staff was friendly. The breakfast was okay.

Slightly dated and the carpet could use a refresh. Our room had a bit of a musky smell, likely from the carpet. Otherwise the room was very clean.
Very friendly and professional staff! Overall cleanliness in the public spaces and our room, which is greatly appreciated. Nice location close to restaurants and shops. We didn't get a chance to try it, but a free breakfast is always a perk. I'm sure this hotel typically offers good rates, however we stayed during a busy weekend where over 1,000 people were in town for a science fair exposition so our rate was much higher than normal.

The room was dated. Bathroom really needed attention. Toilet seat extremely loose and bottom of tub wasn't really clean.

Overall no complaints.
The breakfast was good and had a nice selection. The location was nice, set back from the main roads a bit which made it much quieter.

The food was not good. I had 2 young kids there with me ready to compete in a state competition ship and I had to leave earlier to feed them. The hot food was cold. The milk was hot. Eggs had hard clumps in them. Sausage was bairly cooked. And the waffle dispenser said original and it was actually apple and cinnamon. They also did not provide any towels for the pool

Shower didn’t have a shower head, by a sliding shower head on the side of the shower. Water was like warm at best.

The room we had was very noisy especially on Sat night. We were by the elevator and the sound of the luggage on and off of the elevator and rolling down the hall was very loud.
Location was great..The breakfast was good, there was alot of variety.
