United StatesSlow for hot water, sink pressure was nil and drain needed fixed, couch and bed were extremely firm and the tv is WAY to far from the bed(12’) and not easily viewable from the couch. Also needs more than 3 small bed pillows for a king size bed. We received an unnecessary text at 8 AM to remind us to check out online by 11. All this being said, we thoroughly appreciated the cleanliness and spaciousness of this room but know these small improvements would make it amazing and recommendable.
Very clean, close to the ferry access. Breakfast was very yummy, dinner at the Italian pizzeria and drinks at the pub next door was very convenient and tasty. We appreciated the offer of a discounted additional night slid under our door while we slept.

United StatesA few things I noticed that just seemed odd to me. I have stayed in a lot of hotels all over and it could be things are done differently here and that’s ok. But I found it odd that there was only 1 set of towels for a double occupancy room. No cups in bathroom and no extra toilet paper. I’m used to rooms having 2 sets of towels at least 1 unopened roll of toilet paper and 2 cups by sink. I understand if it’s a cost saving thing I just found it odd. The bathroom kinda felt like they started to clean and got called away and forgot to finish up. Just felt half done. The bathroom door was extremely dusty and I wiped it down myself. Shelves were dusty. That’s what made me think it was half done. Missing supplies and dusty. Again was not an issue just odd to me.
Pretty clean and quiet. Safe area to stay in and easy access to a lot! Refreshing pool. I appreciated breakfast being offered. Though it was not very tasteful

The price was fair due to the holiday weekend. The guest service people were kinda of non-existent. After not getting maid service the 1st morning, I found a maid, and I was able to get more towels and toilet paper. There was only a half a roll to start. I went down to the front desk on 2nd morning and asked what time they would be cleaning the room. She asked me what I needed. I was then told they do not clean the rooms, only swapping out towels. I was very surprised to learn that my room would not be cleaned. I had to get the towels again. The location was good. The maintenance in the room was poor. The TV was very old and worked intermittently. The microwave was broken. The maintenance around the building was lacking attention.
