I didn't like the stove top But I guess it's safe for people with children. But also bad if you needed to cook a decent meal without using the microwave..

They did not clean the room and bathroom throughout our stay. When I asked for cleaning the person on front desk said we clean the room once in two weeks.

No breakfast was included. The iron and iron stand was not in the room but provided on request. there was no coffee maker in the room neither provided in any area.

The bed could have been much softer. The establishment is literally mattress upgrades away from being top tier for the money.

While you have a big kitchenette it has absolutely nothing in it. No utensils, pans, soap, cups nothing. Also the bathroom didnt have soap or a hair dryer which should just be standard. Bring extra pillows!

The location of this place is perfect. Central to all things we wanted and needed to get to. Ample parking also. Liked the size of the kitchenette and the storage and smart tv.

They NEVER answered the messages I sent through Booking.com. This has just caused us a large problem as I sent MULTIPLE messages telling them NOT to cancel our booking; our plane had been routed to Grand Rapids and was stuck there until 3 am. I couldn’t get the rental car until 7 am the next morning. I started sending messages around 2 pm the day of our check in. They never responded nor - based on what happened when we checked in - did they even read them. I was under the assumption that we had paid for only the nights we stayed (as I had requested an received a detailed accounting), but our credit card bill shows an additional charge for the first night. Possible now doubly charged. I can’t tell because it is so confusing. The staff on site isn’t bad. Whoever is handling their online messaging and billing is awful. Based on this experience and our recent “surprise” bill for the “cancellation” which I had instructed them NOT to cancel, I have zero plans to stay with them again. I can’t even tell if the price we have been billed for is the price we booked at. It seems higher, unreasonably so since I had emailed them not to cancel, but their billing is so poor that I can’t understand it. This is bad business.

It was easy to find and pretty convenient. The staff - when they were at the desk - were generally helpful, even if only to say “oh, while that service is on our webpage, we do not offer it. Sorry.”
