Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. The floor in the room was not swept or mopped. The building needs repair. Didn’t have a room available at 2 pm only an hour before standard check in. Not cool after driving 18 hours. Charged more to get2 beds and then stuck in a smoking room. Only the bare minimum was in the room, no tissues, 1 roll of toilet paper. No coffee maker in the room. I know it’s a budget place but soap and water are cheap.
The price since we were on a very tight budget. Staff was nice but dry, spent too much time complimenting themselves. The place has potential but needs tlc

Room didn’t look like the pictures, bed pillows and sheets were very thin. Next morning of my stay, I saw 2 roaches.

The bed and the pillows were very small and flat. Also seen a few roaches, and the room smell wasn’t that flattering

I booked a smoking room but when i got there someone took it even though i reserved it first. Didnt like that i was on the first floor.
They had smoking rooms,its very homey. I love the bathrooms.

The ac unit was coming out the door wall so u was able to see the outside of the building n have air n noises coming from outside the building thru the broken space between the ac unit

Plumbing
It was very affordable, however it’s the 2nd time I’ve booked there and there was an issue with plumbing. The shower took nearly 4 minutes to get hot and has toilet would not flush properly. However the new was really comfortable and nice selector tv channels

Elevator did break, but was fixed the next day
My boyfriend and I stayed here for the holidays. Christmas Day we did go locked out of the hotel due to our keys not working, but Tina helped us and made sure we were back inside and had new keys. If it wasn’t for her we would have left the hotel disappointed.

I had to go buy bug spray (roach), the facility needs to spray for bugs often since people do live their and different people come and go.
The location was great, and the price!

Lack of amenities. Stove provided, but no cookware or eatery, no iron or ironing board, no microwave, kinda reminded me of a college dorm room! Beds were hard.
It was cleaned to perfection!! Customer service was great!

There is no free breakfast. The unit did come with a kitchenette, but it was $22 to rent pans and cooking utensils. Plates, bowls, eating utensils were another $11. You have to take out your own trash, or get charged $25. You have to clean your dishes, or expect a cleaning fee. The elevator and 1st floor smelled like weed the entire time. Walls are very thin. There were dogs barking, couples arguing my entire 3 day stay. The remote control didn't fully work, had to walk back and forth and use the TVs buttons. Key card was hit or miss; had to get it re-done a few times. Bathroom was nice. Lights...They're timed and motion sensed. Expect for the room to randomly go dark on you (if you don't move for about 10 mins or are in bed) and have to walk up to the front door to turn the lights back on. All in all, not the worst place... But I don't think I'll be going back to this location specifically.
