The smell of the entire hotel was not great. The room kind of smelled musty and damp almost. The whole atmosphere of the room felt kind of dirty. There were ant traps all around the room which was a red flag, along with the white powder that lined the floor of the room. I am assuming that was also for ants/bugs.

The front staff was super nice and informative. The location was also great because it was only a few miles away from the event we were going to.

Room smelled bad, bathroom floor dirty, hallways smelled bad, no coffee maker or coffee offered, 2 towels with 2 washcloths in the bathroom asked for additional and they did not have any extra towels until the next day. Bed smelled bad, ac system probably needed service. 1 tiny shampoo/conditioner combo bottle and 1 tiny bar of soap. Also what was quoted for price when booked, was more when we checked in

Room smelled like dirty feet. The upgrade was horrible. The room had not been vacuumed. Someone tried to enter our room without knocking, like they had a key to get in. Thank goodness I locked the door. The gangbangers that were hanging around. There is no sign to indicate where this place is. We actually had to stop and get directions; it was hidden up behind Tractor Supply.

That they technically upgraded our room and kept the original price. The staff was friendly.

There were too many roaches and bugs. Clean up was requested several times and did not happen. Our fridge was left very dirty by others, and even though requested, did not get cleaned out. The room kitchen’s cabinets were really dirty as well, and did not were cleaned out as well. Everything else was fine, staff people were amazing.

Our room floor was dirty, like very dirty. Seemed like the hotel didn’t own a vacuum, or the cleaning staff didn’t care to use the one they had. There were a random pair of socks on the side of one of our beds. Bathroom fan didn’t work. Chairs with burn holes in them so they didn’t seem suitable to sit in. Our beds felt like laying on a rock slab and the pillows were more of a suggestion than a reality. The elevator sounded like it was going to drop to our doom every time we used it. Also our TV didn’t have a power cable connected to it so it wasn’t able to be used at all.

Carpet was very dirty and could use good cleaning. Hotel needs to get maintained.

First 2 days was terrible. They put me in a sigle bed room instead of double room. The room assigned to me had a lock issue. Danny was very understanding and did his best to remedy my problem. I liked mostof the staff. I also liked the comfort of the beds.

The room we occupied had no heat/AC. We informed the front counter person whom told us it would be taken care of but it wasn't during our entire stay. The water wasn't very hot either.

Only one pillow and not in-room mirror. Our sink was clogged but we didnt tell the front desk as we had another in our room. Only bar soap toiletries.

Location was fine and the check in process was easy enough. I enjoyed the large kitchen with fridge and freezer, perfect for frozen meals. WiFI, just the free option was very strong. The desk even gave us a 30 minute reminder call before check out.

Booking.com has this property listed as 18+ to book so i booked as i am 20 years old. My friend and I traveled five hours for a concert and arrived at this establishment only to be turned away with no where else to go meaning a five hour car ride back home after midnight.

Staff was very unprofessional, we was moved to 4 different rooms and each one was infested with roaches. The refrigerator didn’t work in 2/4 rooms. Staff refused to refund us for our roach infested stay

Front desk lobby feels like a holding cell. No one there to greet. Waited 30 mins for someone to come to the desk for check in. Door didn’t lock in the room. Dead roach on the headboard of the bed. Whole place smelled terrible.
