You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaFrom the deposit money for damage I was charged $42, leaving the apartment in the same conditions. We were just my wife and daughter, I prefer to stay in a hotel on my next visit to Marble Falls so we won't have additional surprise charges. It's just a screen not to include it in the price of the stay and have more customers, they must be a little more honest.
The price of the apartment for $326 is considered better than going to the hotel for approximately the same price. It is spacious and comfortable.

United KingdomWe were in a ground floor apartment and the noise from the people above was unbelievable- it sounded like they were constantly stomping their feet and dragging furniture across every room. I imagine they weren’t and it was just that there was no noise proofing in the ceiling/floor. Totally kept us awake tho and we had to go up and knock on their door to ask them to be quiet. Perhaps don’t stay in a ground for apartment if you’re a light sleeper.
As a party of 6, we stayed in a 3 bed apartment and loved the space. We also loved the pool, hot tub, fire pit, BBQ area (gas so no need to buy charcoal) and gym (even tho it was mini- note it had no mats tho).
