The beda had hard mattresses. The showers had very little pressure and some fixtures were leaking water

Dissatisfied with the check in, I had called several times to see if we could get in before 4pm due to my child having medications that needed to be refrigerated and we had a 10+ hour drive in. Each time they assured me if we checked in we would be moved up in the list and they would get us in early. We arrived at noon were told we were on the list and they would call us when the room was ready. At 4pm we went back to the desk and were told our room still was not ready. The room was nice, clean, and close to a ton of activities and the beach. The pools were nice and plenty of room to save an area for family.

Discount tickets to Wonder works and also the sky wheel provided upon arrival. Sat on the beach for hours walked to the pier. Me and my wife had adult drinks while the kids played away.

The frequent calls from resort to purchase a timeshare. Also, the fact that we paid for oceanfront but got oceanview. We were told that possibly the next day oceanfront would be available but it required packing and repacking. At the checkin we explained the details of our booking but to no avail.

the wifi and the cable were not great I think the cable was streaming and there were lags and buffering. the wifi i think was super restricted.

Decent view of the ocean. room was very clean Kitchen had everything we needed even a full size coffee maker which we don't always get. It was the off season so there was some work being done ie renovations but the noise was not bad.

The entrance is confusing and difficult. It is easy to go to the wrong tower and we did, and the parking garages would be tough in a more busy time of the year. Also, so far as I know there was no room service option and you have to schlep you own luggage. Lastly, we agreed to hear a presentation for a time share promotion in exchange for future room privileges up to a year in the future. About 30 minutes before the scheduled time, I received a call telling me that it had to be canceled. The rep. wanted us to reschedule for the next day, but we had other plans, so our answer was no. Then he offered us additional benefits if we agreed to the next day schedule, but nothing if not. We declined. We scheduled our day around that presentation and feel a little put out about the abrupt cancellation.

My wife and I enjoyed the entire experience. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. There was a little confusion in the beginning, but it was straightened out and ended up with a nice upgraded room. In general, the facilities and pools were all top notch. I would gladly go again.

Our check out time was at 10am, would have preferred 11am or noon. Check in was 4pm. It is sad to spend so much per night and you literally have less than eight hours per night.

The spacious room. I was able to see the beach from every angle. And I like the balconies on both sides of the room.

The dining places close too early. There is no option for dinner on the property. Then two days in a row the Tiki Bar closed around 6:45 when we got there but said they close at 7.
