The only real issue I had was we put the housekeeping sign on our door to have the towels refreshed and room cleaned but no one showed up and did anything so I had to go to the main office which was closed (closes at 5pm). The pool was also closed.

This inn was not as nice as I'm used to staying at however the value for the price I was aiming for was right in line. They are renovating as well so I expect this survey to invalidated as soon as they are done. My children had a 2 double bedroom that was renovated and it was much nicer than the king bedroom that I had. They did keep us as close as possible but the 2 style rooms were located in different buildings so we are as close as possible. .

There was no heat in the room. The thermostat was locked in clear box with a note, "Do not touch." They said there would be coffee and fruits in the morning. There was no fruit.

The sliding door should probably be replaced as it is very old. And the bathroom door in our room didn't close well.. it sticks. Easy fix.

Property said it had a fireplace in room, but it didn't work.They were not on yet and it was cold out. The mattress was like sleeping on a slab of cement my chest was sore all day.The Parking lot was tight to park with my truck, big storage container in lot with over 60 used airconditoners in front of it. Looks like they are remodeling . But when you pay alot of money for one night you expect to get what they say they have for amenities. The person at the desk of motel was not very pleasant.

We liked the location of it was close to Center of North Conway.

Property was under heavy renovation during our stay which was a total eyesore when we first arrived as well as disappointing because both pools were closed as well as their on site restaurant which would have been very convenient if it were open. The room itself defiantly had its flaws such as water stains/damage to the ceiling in the bathroom, stained carpet, duck tape holding part of the bathtub together and the chain lock was broken off the door. Being well aware of the popular area this Inn is located, I still do not feel that the price for a night was appropriate especially considering the condition the hotel was in.

Location was convenient for what our activities in the area consisted of. It is one of the few locations I was able to find that did not have a minimum night stay requirement. Staff was very friendly and helpful for nearby attraction information, eatery locations and recommendations. Bed was comfortable and sheets were clean. Plenty of hot water and functioning AC unit in the rooms. It worked for what we needed which was basically just a place to sleep. This place has great potential maybe once the renovations are finished and the pools are opened back up.

Bathroom floor looked like it was never swept, TV took forever to kick on multiple tries. Room had an odor/staleness you could smell as the night went on. Make sure you check your slider after checking into your room. We returned from an outing to find that ours was never locked

The ambiance of the room was great, loved the fireplace and the bed was very comfortable. The room was well laid out and cozy.

Sink had food clogged in the drain, bathroom shower curtain was moldy. It needed a good deep clean.

The non smoking room smelled of smoke. There are many people living in the rooms as permanent residence. Site stated that they are undergoing renovations, not a sign of that. The pool and hot tub are just closed not being worked on. It's a shame that it is so run down because the location is fantastic!

The front desk lady was nice. Water pressure was great, beds were comfortable. Location was perfect!

This property has people living there. The pool and jacuzzi is closed and no ice machine available. This used to be a quaint and easy place to stay with a great breakfast restaurant attached. Not so much anymore

Did not like the bathroom sink positioned outside of the bathroom stuck in a corner! Barnwood was on the floor and up one wall behind the bed, very attractive. Would have liked a couple of area rugs.

Room 114 was clean and attractive, all essentials were included.

When we arrived at the property we were given our room in the main building. Just walking into the hallway, the smoke smell was over bearing. We opened the door to our room and it was so bad we went to the desk and told them we were not happy with the room and wanted our money back. The desk clerk asked us if we would be interested in another room. It was an upgrade for the same money. We looked at the room in another building. It was fine. It had a gas fireplace and did not have that smoke smell. The place is rundown and they are accommodating folks that are having g a difficult time.

They were apparently renovating and didn’t list that online anywhere, the inside pool was closed and the outside pool wasn’t open because of rain. my daughter was bummed out. we selected this hotel because it listed 2 pools and a hot tub.

i liked the size of the room and the jets in the tub, the fireplace was a nice touch too.
