The staff were a bit rude at times, possibly due to the hotel being fully booked. There were limited options for lunch and dinner, and the prices were quite high. Since the hotel is isolated in the mountains, there aren’t many alternatives nearby.

The resort was amazing — very clean, with stunning views of the mountains and fresh air. It was peaceful and comfortable, with no noise at all. The spa and pool overlooking the mountains were fantastic, and the breakfast was excellent. Truly a wonderful stay.

We had best view of the mountains from our room. Had one of the best stay in a hotel. Great food and breakfast options were plenty and amazing. Very good service from hotel staff. Swimming pool and sauna facilities were really amazing. Will miss this place. yandex is easily available and you can go to amirsoy and Charvak lake easily.

Nothing. Transport was easy: we arrived via 250,000 Som Yandex Taxi, and the hotel organised a 450,000 transfer back to Tashkent. This is more expensive than Yandex, but still good value for a two hour journey, plus we wanted the certainty of a ride back as we had to catch a train. There are some comments in other reviews about nearby construction. There is some work happening on the nearby road. It's a bit messy, but it didn't impact our stay at all! My only advice for the hotel is to get a decent Coffee machine at the breakfast bar. We had a good machine in our room, but avoided the coffee at breakfast 😉

We stayed here for 3 nights after travelling through Uzbekistan for 12 days, and we loved every moment of our stay. The bungalow was big bright and clean with a comfy bed; the restaurant was good with helpful staff and enough variety for 3 nights, and the pool and small fitness room were perfect for our needs. The staff were always helpful and friendly. Special mention goes to the view of the mountains from the pool and the terrace breakfast. That was amazing.

The property does look pretty out dated, you can also see that it’s not very maintained. Children were allowed in the spa area, it is very hard to relax with children throwing balls around and leaving the doors open of the sauna.

The hotel has an amazing view to the mountains, and the spa is amazing to relax (that if you go when the children are not there). The staff were very nice, although the taxis they organized for us were pretty expensive for the normal standard in Uzbekistan. The room was clean

An amazing location and views of the mountains, we spent early April here as you can see the mountain tops still in snow and it's not too hot or too cold during night and day 😍 The hotel staff are super friendly and helpful to guide you around the area and to take a taxi to the attractions around. The hotel facilities were beyond our expectations and we really enjoyed using the gym, swimming pool, sauna, spa and the Cinema Theatre! Our bungalow was spacious and clean. I 100% recommend this stay if you want to unwind from the noise of the city. The only downside we faced during our stay was that the breakfast was not as fresh as we had liked it to be.

Only a problem is an overpriced taxi by the hotel. Also, the lavatory drain needs to be cleaned. The water is going beyond the shower cabin. That needs to be fixed.

The hotel was a little difficult to get to because of the construction on the roads. It was not very easy to book a taxi to the Amirsoy ski resort and better to have a shuttle planned in advance if coming from Tashkent.

The hotel was close to the Amirsoy ski resort and the amenities/ facilities were very clean. There was a restaurant on the top floor to eat breakfast, lunch, or dinner which is convenient whenever you don't have access to any stores around.

Unfortunately, the breakfast food wasn’t fresh. It looked and tasted like it had been cooked several days ago. The corn on the plate had a sour taste. Another thing to consider is that there’s no taxi service, so private taxi drivers will take advantage of this and offer extremely overpriced rates, which are still relatively low for most people.

The room exuded a fresh and inviting ambiance, with a stunning interior that complemented all the necessary amenities. We booked a room with a breathtaking mountain view, which added to the overall experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home.

The approach to this hotel is quite challenging, especially during snowy conditions. It took us about half an hour to cover just a few hundred meters because our vehicle kept skidding.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The property itself is absolutely beautiful, with stunning surroundings and a very well-maintained ambiance. The rooms were spacious and clean, providing a very comfortable and relaxing experience. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed during our stay.

Staying at Archazor never disappoints. Along with the use of many free facilities (pool, ping pong, game room), the staff and atmosphere are fantastic. 1km from the property, you can also take the lift up the mountain for an amazing view and go tubing and horseback riding.
