Takes forever to order stuff from housekeeping, a bit over priced rooms and food TBH, but great property overall. I didn’t get much views from my room. Also, the buffet is very very mediocre and they should have a barista for coffee considering the money spent on the room

The hotel Is clean and really welcome staff. I had also the opportunity to meet Mr. Mirshod that offer to me the " late check out " for free. This Is a big plus! Thanks you, and he speak good english and Italian too!! The entire hotel is top class, big swimmingpool, one adult and one for children. The location of the hotel Is just 15 minuts walk by the old town. Huge bathroom and room.

There were a couple of nagging problems, both of which I brought to the attention of the front desk, and which they helped attend to. The first was a lack of temperature control with the shower - it only dispensed hot water initially. The second was with the aircon thermostat which was too sensitive and kept cutting off. Overall, I should add that I found the cooling in the hotel to be less than adequate.

First off, I'd like to commend the staff for being so welcoming, friendly and accommodating, especially Ameliya at the front desk, as well as her colleagues Sevivch and Yulduz. Also, the tall bespectacled lady at the breakfast check-in each morning, who's name I don't recall. I had a very comfortable stay at the hotel, using several of the facilities there, including the bar, pool and spa. The breakfast spread was fantastic as well.

Very nice, Western-style hotel. Pool was great for relaxing. The staff at the reception and bar was extremely friendly and helpful. They made us feel most welcome. Particiularly Julduz and Mirshod gave us some very useful tips. Thank you!

The only thing was that the water pressure in the shower was low.

The hotel was very good at location, cleanliness and breakfast. The staff is caring and friendly, especially the staff in the consultation named Mirshod, he knew both our language and English, he helped us a lot in many ways.

Great modern western hotel, delicious breakfast and also spacious pool to cool down during the heat. Quick ride to old town. Staff, especially Mirshod, was very friendly and helpful. we definitely recommend this hotel (especially for families with children).

The box in the bathroom is half closed with glass and it wet all the floor when you take a bath. I sugest closed it all

We enjoyed our stay in Whyndham Bukhara with my colleague. Clean rooms, polite staff, very attentive managers. Free upgrades of the rooms, thanks to Mirshod and Dilshod guys from reception. A lot of fresh vegetables, fruits for breakfast!

As it was business trip in combination with touristic activities, I enjoyed twice. We had international congress in the conference halls of this hotel, and accommodation at the same hotel was good decision. Rooms are convenient, clean, breakfast was good. Location is also close to main places of Bukhara. Mirshod and Dilshod from reception were very attentive and did their best to make our stay maximally comfortable. Mirshod made upgrade of room free of charge. Despite the 100% fullness of the hotel with guests, since it is high tourist season, all the hotel staff does the best & in time so we got pleasant impression. Thanks.

Massage was very unprofessional with the oldest lady. She talked during all the massage and ask a lot of personal questions, trying to date with male customers (my friend had the exact same experience). In addition she didn’t massage properly

Best hotel in the city, quite and at the same time in the central location! Really great breakfast. Comfortable bed and pillows. Highly recommended. Staff was very friendly and supportive, especially Dilshod, Nemat. Muzaffar, who helped us with the guidance around the city.

All staff were helpful and friendly. The gym is fantastic, with the best and newest Technogym equipment. The spa is nice. The food at the restaurant is really tasty.

Had a good experience at this hotel Dilshod, Nemat .and Muzzaffar were helpful during checkout. The restaurant also had a very good breakfast service and the waiters were.extremely.quick to serve (Javlon, Asilbeck, Shaxzod, Timur and Munisa) The only real issue we.had.was.the water pressure from the shower.
