Our stay at Elita House was absolutely wonderful. The rooms were spotlessly clean, well-furnished, and very comfortable. The location is perfect—peaceful yet close to all the main attractions. The house is run by a kind and welcoming family. Their daughter, Marium, spoke good English and helped us with translation whenever needed. They also guided us about the Tajikistan border crossing, which was very helpful. The facilities were excellent, and the breakfast was fresh and delicious. We truly felt at home and would love to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Nice location: about 10 minutes to the Registon square. The owners are nice people, offering way more than you've asked for. The rooms are very warm, the breakfast is home made. Perfect!

Close vicinity to the main Registan Square (5 min walk) and the Friday Mosque if you are in Samarkand on Fridays. Very traditional mixuzbek neighborhood. Super healthy and fresh breakfast. Warm and cozy rooms. Thank you for everything 🙏

A lovely hotel with a charming and intelligent young 13 year old lady who checked us in and made sure everything was fine. Her English was excellent and she was a joy to talk to. Breakfast is very nice, the whole family are friendly. The room is clean, very warm, everything works well. Location is perfect. We highly recommend. Thank you young lady for being so kind to us, your future is bright.

The room was very nice, clean and well-equipped, the hosts were really kind and flexible. We had to leave earlier than the breakfast time on two of our mornings here and they provided us food for take away in a box. The location is also great, Registan square - and supermarkets, restaurants, etc. - are only a 10 minute walk away.

Friendly family who host you with love. Thx to Mrs charafa..her daughter Mariem and her mother in law for making our stay comfortable and also for being present any time we need. 8min walking distance to registan square. Room are cosy..very clean and great value for money. Great place to stay in Samarkand.

A pleasant guest house within a walking distance from the historic center of Samarkand (Registan square). The host family is very welcoming and helpful, from the youngest to the oldest member. Breakfasts were freshly prepared and tasteful.

1. Its close the Registan Square 2. Value for money (amazing breakfast) 3. Best host - We were gonna miss our train to Tashkent because roads were blocked off for Samarkand Marathon. He took out his own car, pleaded security and got us to Railway station just in time.

The matresses are a bit hard

Everything was nice, they have 24h check in. Amazing breakfast, good internet, eveything was clean and ready for us when we arrived. They even let us leave the backpacks after the check out for half a day. Lovely people. 10 mins walk to Registan square. Bit far from the train station but yandex taxi app works very well there. Over all, higly recommend it! Thank you for everything. 🫶🏻
