Our room was the first in the hallway, very near the reception, the light was ON literally in our faces the whole night. Walls are thin and you can hear every little noise in the house.

Good location, walking distance to the Syob market and other sights. Staff are sweet and were very accommodating to all our last minute requests. Clean and comfortable, good facilities in the room.

The bed is so soft that I definitely had my best sleeping here during my 30-day long trip. The location is very convenient and close to most attractions such as mosques and squares. The breakfast is also delicious.❤️

I am very grateful to the owner of the hotel who made our stay comfortable and filled with lots of warm memories. It is a perfect hotel for a family with kids, very beautiful in a traditional local style. Every morning we had a homemade breakfast in the courtyard on the traditional tea platforms. I specifically enjoyed seasonal fruits and green tea for breakfast let alone many other yummy choices. The hotel is located right by Siab Bazar that hasn't changed its location for a few centuries. It is easy to get to the other sights either by walking or taking a taxi.

This place was clean, had the best access to historical sites, and featured friendly staff, especially Roxana. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful place for a temporary stay.

Location is very good--right near the Bibi-Khanym Mosque. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. Breakfast was offered in the courtyard, but due to cold weather we ate indoors. The folks that run the guesthouse are cheerful and helpful.

We selected this very hotel near the Bibi-Khanym Mosque due to its convenient location very close to historical monuments. Few words about our stay at this Hotel. Rooms are clean and cozy! Very friendly staff. Rich and healthy breakfast is offered in a beautiful inner yard in both national traditional style and European. The owner personally serves each guest healthy breakfast giving them the chance to learn more about traditional Uzbek cousin. Highly recommend.

Difficult to get hold of English speaking staff. We also experienced having no water the last day. However, this was a problem for the whole city.

The location is very near to all the tourist spots and beside Siob Bazaar. Convenient to walk anywhere. Staff are all friendly especially Irida who arranged airport pick up for us and even to train station. Room has fridge and TV. They serve a lot of food for breakfast. Value for money. New and clean place.

The taxis dont have gps and they can have a hard time finding the hotel, make sure you show them the location.

Location is amazing, its next to Bibi Khanim and the market, everything else is walking distance. The room was really clean, sheets and towels very nice and they are super attentive. Breakfast is very nice and local, something you probably wont experience in a normal hotel! Coffee and tea available the whole day.

Our room had two single beds which, limited by the room lay-out, were both placed right next to low windows (one leading to the dining area and one to the yard). Although they were covered by blinds, when turning in the bed you were suddenly on the window sill and thus in the window display for others to see.

A nice family operated guest house. We were served one of the best breakfasts we have had during our stay in Uzbekistan.

if you are traveling by yandex, it will be difficult to loacate the hotel we used to put bibi khanyam mosque and the hotel is just beside it

it was a lovely stay and feel like home. They have treated us so well and the breakfast was amazing. we had a flight early morning and they made us breakfast earlier than the usual time the lady treated us like her kids and her daughter was also very cooperative and kind close to all the tourist attractions bibi khanyam mosque siob bazar shahi zinda registan rooms were really clean and recommended for families
