Everything was perfect!!

It was just wonderful !! The kindest hosts, offering beautiful, super well equipped rooms and creating such a lovely, relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast, lunches and dinners were incredibly delicious. You have to try the mango coconut smoothie, which is divine! And they organise family dinners where everyone eats together a variety of incredibly good dishes and gets to know each other and learns about some local traditions. The pool was so nice and helpful for cooling off on the hot summer days we spent there. The hosts also helped us tirelessly to organize our bus rides to different places and different activities. We went on some amazing tours which we will never forget!! Thank you Moon and family! And I warmly recommend An An Homestay to everyone who visits Vietnam!!!

I really liked my stay because it felt like family. Moon, An and their family made me feel very welcome and helped me with everything they could (booking buses/ tours, changing plans because of a storm, …) They also organized a family dinner, where you can meet everyone in the hostel and enjoy lovely local dishes, thank you so much! Amazing place. Love the atmosphere there and people who own the place. They know how to treat their guests in the best way. Big and clean room, good breafest and dinner options. Excelent transfer service and tour options. Nothing to complain. Definately the place where you want to stay longer and return. Lovely geckos arround:). Thank you once more.

The motorbike rental isn't great, we recommend going somewhere else to rent them. The pool was also very busy with kids screaming and splashing - not very relaxing. I know the pool is to be used by other guests (not sure if they were guests or local kids) but this was a bit much.

Such a nice place to stay in Phong Nha. The location is a bit further out of town, but very quiet and with a lovely view. The breakfast was very nice. Our room was spacious and clean. We also booked a bus with them to Hue which was very good.

The best homestay we have stayed at in Vietnam. Moon and her family were so welcoming, kind and really made us feel like we were at home. Moon booked bus tickets and a trip to the caves for us as well as helping us with some laundry. One thing in particular that stood out to us was how Moon interacted with all the guests, asking about their days and knew everybody by name. We had family dinner on our last night, a great end to the best stay. Thank you!

An absolute gem of a place. We’ve been travelling for 9months, our second time in Vietnam and this was our favourite homestay. The staff cannot do more for you, they are incredible. Moon who runs the whole place is so helpful & really made our stay. We initially picked here because the reviews said the Wi-Fi was good and we needed it for work. We got excellent Wi-Fi and so much more. It was the most amazing spot to have food/breakfast looking out over the rice fields. It’s a little bit outside of the main town but nothing much was going on there anyway. We got a taxi/ cycled into to main centre if needed. The pool is gorgeous , our room was so clean and comfortable we extended our stay to a total of 5 days. The family dinner is a really nice touch and we got to know many more people. We’d love to return some day soon

Everything is great! I just have a couple of suggestions. It would be nice to have a thicker blanket or comforter for when it gets cold at night, and it would be helpful to have some hand towels available. The location was a little bit far from the town which they already mentioned on the website.

The staff at the homestay are incredibly kind, especially Ms. Moon, who goes out of her way to assist you. They were awake to receive me at 02:00am. The hotel has a great atmosphere and is very clean. The food was delicious; I had pancakes there that were unlike any I've ever tasted. I will return next time!

Located just 15 min walk from the main street (nice and peaceful) - Moon, her family, and An (her husband) have created a proper haven! The view over looking the mountains & rice paddies, the swimming pool, unbelievably good food (especially the family dinners), and their warm hospitality have created a lasting memory for us and our favourite stay in Vietnam! We extended our stay to 5 nights the morning after we arrived as we loved it so much and wanted to properly relax by the pool and unwind inbetween seeing the caves nearby and our daily cycles around town. We’ll miss this wonderful family 🥰

The best homestay in Vietnam!! Clean rooms with comfortable beds and an amazing breakfast selection especially with the great price. The pool is beautiful with lights on during the night and cosy hammocks and sun-beds nearby . It is in a nice quiet location whilst being close to the town and has free to use bikes to explore the surrounding town. Moon, the host, and her husband are the kindest souls helping booking buses to next locations and activities or suggestions in the area. Her husband drove me to my bus stop despite me saying I would be happy to walk. Please support this lovely family and I garuntee the only thing you will regret is not staying longer in this beautiful place. Thank you Moon I will be back!!!😊

The property itself was very well laid out and maintained. I was in the dorm which had big beds and great AC. The best think was Moon, our host. She was super efficient and made us feel very welcome with the family dinner are real stand out. Some of the dishes she cooked were the best I’ve had in Vietnam.

We loved An An Homestay so much, it has definitely been our favourite stay so far in Vietnam. Moon and her family are amazing, so friendly and accommodating. The food and smoothies are very good. I’m travelling with my partner and the homestay was a chance to socialise with other people especially in family dinners. Highly recommend. The rooms and pool are amazing as well. Moon and her husband are absolutely fantastic and inspiring people. They truely enjoy making sure your stay is the very best it can be! We arrive incredibly early in the morning and still they picked us up from the bus station and arranged a bed for us to get some sleep before moving to our room! The beds were super comfy, the shower great and view beautiful! This is truely a small piece of paradise! We also went on the caves tour suggested by Moon and had the most amazing time. And don’t even get me started on the amazing food prepared by Moons sister! She is truely an amazing chef

The family does so much to make your stay pleasant and smooth. So much to love about the place: Food - we had multiple meals here and it was always exceptionally delicious. Tours - we booked two tours with the help of Moon, one to Paradise Cave and the other to see the Vinh Moc tunnels on the way to Hue. Both of these tours touched us deeply and will remain in our hearts. Services/facilities - swimming pool, bike rental, laundry, pick up, etc... Location - beautiful and peaceful but also close to other restaurants/bars and cycling distance to town. Most of all we loved the welcoming and friendly atmosphere here fostered by Moon and family which makes it a perfect place to relax as well as to socialise.
