Our flight were delay n arrived at the hotel very late nite. It was our 26th wedding anniversary week and we had a big surprise when open the door of our room. We were touch by the staff work on the 10 Aug as our room was decorated with roses and towels design love heart on the bed with a Anniversarycake.💖🎂 it was a big surprised from Royal Hote to us that place in our heart a Royal place for them n that we will forever talk about the rest of our life. The staff are amazing in everyway and breakfast is another level. Im sure the chef is yummy as it like the breakfast very yummy. We were felt very special and greatful that we book to stay here. They also help arranged our travel to Ha Long Bay. They go out in beyond to help you with whatever you need. Next time we will wait to come here n let them book everything we need to see here in Vietnam. Eventhou is in the city of Hanoi very noise, but in the hotel we didn't hear noise n from our room very quite n peaceful. We always look forward to return to our peaceful room after enjoying checking out the city. The bed is soft and beautiful to sleep on too. Checking out today and going to missed them. The room was a bit too small and even though I had a window it was facing a wall! I did not mind it as I was using the hotel just to sleep and shower.

Centrally located, clean, front desk staff are very helpful! Mr Kevin went about and beyond to help me with advice for places to visit!

The interior isn’t really my style, but that's the only negative I can say.

This was my second stay here and I will definitely stay here again if I come back to Hanoi. The location couldn't be better, as it's close to everything, within the weekend walking street and still quiet (day and night). Another reason to come back is the staff. They are so helpful, not just when you're there but also before and even after you've left. Don't hesitate to book tours through the hotel, I got an excellent 2D1N Halong Bay cruise + transfer from Halong to Ninh Binh to a fair price and as mentioned they followed me up until I reached Ninh Binh. I didn't try the breakfast, but can confirm that the beds are comfortable and the AC + fan works wonders on steaming hot July days.

The hotel is not anything fancy but the location and price make up for it. It's a great deal!

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. They gave us very helpful tips and spoke very good English to help us at the front desk. The price was very fair and the location was very close to the Hoan Kiem Lake.

Perfect location. Family room was very large. Given how it is located in an active part of old Hanoi, we were pleasantly surprised that it was so quiet. While Vietnam can be hot and humid, the room was very cool. Breakfast was full menu - made to order - absolutely the best. The staff went out of their way to ensure we had the best experience. I needed their help a few time with phone calls, taxis, etc. and they were very pleasant and helpful. They spoke excellent English which is not a given in touristy Hanoi. Lastly, their suggestions for food and activities were spot on! The nearby lake was perfect for walking and exploring. On Friday and Saturday it is blocked off making it a pedestrian area. Loved it.

The hotel's location is excellent and close to services. The staff's treatment in the hotel is beautiful. They treat you like a member of the family. At first, there was a girl whose name I don't know. She treated me nicely. As for the young man, Duc Anh, I really liked him. I will recommend him to friends. If I return to Hanoi, he will be my first choice.

The location was a little noisy (can't do much about that except wear foamies) but other than that, the hotel was a great budget stay.

Staff was super nice (we stayed here 3 different times in like 5 days). Our room was a great price and the family room was a decent size. They had a room in the back and allowed us to store all of our luggage which was very convenient. Bathroom was clean and it didn't smell like smoke.

The staff was very supportive and services were exceptional. My wife is vegan, and they took special care to provide vegan options for the breakfast. They also helped us book our stays and travel. The staff was very sweet and made sure that our stay, not only in Hanoi, but in Vietnam, is comfortable and hassle free. We will totally recommend the property. The location is also awesome.

The room is a bit compact, not a lot of space to walk around if there are open suitcases. On weekends the road is pedestrian. One needs to go to the parallel street to hail taxis or for tour pickups.

Perfect location, walkable to everywhere, yet the street is relatively quiet and the room is not noisy. The grand triple room had a partial view of the hoan kiem lake. The wifi was fast. The befs and pillows were comfortable. The staff were polite and friendly. The travel agent next door also take laundry per kilo for same day delivery at reasonable rates. The breakfast is made to order and not a buffet but service was quick and everything was well made.

A quaint hotel in the heart of the Old Quarter, just a minute’s walk from Hoàn Kiếm Lake. The staff were amazing - genuinely welcoming and extremely helpful. They could not have done more. Breakfast was superb, being freshly cooked to order rather than dried-up offerings under heat lamps. Ideally located to explore Hanoi, with a helpful travel agency next door and delicious noodle shop opposite. No hesitation recommending.

The bathroom light switch was a bit tricky to find!

We had a great stay at this hotel! The slippers and robes were super comfy, and breakfast was tasty with plenty of options. The location in the old quarter was perfect—lots of things to do and see nearby. It was lively outside, but the rooms were very quiet and peaceful, which was a nice surprise. The staff were also really friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. Would definitely stay again!
