AustraliaThe lifts can be rather slow at times - particularly around breakfast & check-out. There are three - one of which is rightly reserved for staff. It just means there can be a bit of a wait, especially when there are many guests at the hotel. Although the sea views are amazing, you don't really get to open up the curtains and enjoy the morning sun, or even sit out on the balcony too much. Simply because it's too hot if the sun is out! This is not a knock on the hotel, just a reflection on the fantastic weather & location.
The location was terrific, as recommended by a friend who now resides nearby. If you're like me and happy to walk (yes, in the heat!), access to the main beach, Xom Moi Market, restaurants, shops and many other central attractions is all within 10 minutes. The views are incredible, the breakfast has just about everything and the staff were fantastic. They even helped out when I requested to make an alteration to my booking, even though though they were fully booked out at the time. The pool, bar and massage service on the top floor are great - again the staff are so eager to provide whatever you need.

there is sauna on the floor where they have swimming pool, i really liked it. the location is close to the local market, almost every restaurant I wanted to go was within walking distance

The buffet breakfast had a huge range of Asian options, the rooms were clean and had great AC. Pool was a welcome addition as kids were able to cool off in the afternoons. Close to the beach and restaurants. They were kind enough to let us shower after a day trip before we boarded an overnight bus after we had checked out.

IrelandOne staff member was rude to my husband,but later apologised. The breakfast was only until 9am which was a shame we would have loved to have it later a couple of days. Also there was no facility for lunch or dinner as it was out of season…but not a deal breaker as there was so many nice places in the area.
A very clean hotel and lovely attention to detail with the room amenities. Staff were absolutely lovely and very helpful. Location excellent right near some great eateries. The pool was lovely and again really clean and well maintained. Easy check in and check out.

This was my second time at LeMore, and I dare say I'll be back. What I like so much - apart from the location and the facilities - is the staff. They will do almost anything to make your stay more comfortable. The pool, gym and massage services are great. Rarely busy, and so relaxing. The views are fantastic - especially from the rooftop pool & bar. Buffet breakfast was terrific. Maybe you will get a more exquisite selection elsewhere, but there's plenty on offer, and something a little different each day. So central - walking distance to just about everything.

United StatesNo hot water Staff were nice and when we ask from room change, instead of changing the room, they said “wait 15min to get hot water.” Also ac didnt work for a bit in my parents room. We stayed there because my parents loved staying there so much last time. But they were disappointed. No house keeping and staff were nice but they weren’t helpful. I’d rather go to Virgo or other hotels with this price.

ThailandThe service was inexistant, the staff didn't inform us at all about the swimming pool and skybar opening and closing hours, they also didn't know well when the spa closed, so we couldn't try their spa nor the skybar. The room was ok but too noisy due to the poor quality of the windows. At the beginning the hotel asked us to keep one of our passports, we didn't really understand why. The overall value for money is not interesting compared to other hotels.

The staff were lovely, nothing was too much trouble especially Thao- your wonderful sales manager we had communicated with her prior and she answered all my queries curtesy and promptly she kept in touch regularly while we stayed at LeMore to make sure we were comfortable she certainly is a gem. we have now cancelled our accommodation in October and rebooked with LeMore well done Thao and LeMore
