Honestly, the place is really old, with paint coming off, in the bathroom we’re not actually sure if it’s dirty or just old and used. Oh and we saw a cockroach in the hotel hall last night.

This hotel is really cheap so we got what we expected. The room was ok clean, there was hot water, and an AC. They let us leave our bags at the reception before check in and after check out.

The water pressure in the shower was a bit low, so would take a long time to was long hair.

Staff was nice though some of them had limited English. Very helpful. Gave us a bigger room without extra charge. Bed was soft (Vietnamese standards). Super cheap and only 5-10 minutes walking distance to old town. Many food places near by.

It was not very clean and sheets were bit dirty. The balcony was not really a balcony. But...is very cheap, room and bed is big and it has fridge and kettle

I suggested them to include complementary breakfast as we will have to walk searching for breakfast. If the hotel requires, they may charge little more in the rent. Soap given is very poor quality. In case of gents guests it will be better to provide a shaver

Very near to the old town and rooms to suit all budgets. The single rooms are very small but the triple rooms on the front are totally amazing. Clean, good service and a free small water bottle each day and toiletries.. All rooms have aircon. Great value for anyone on a budget.

Very friendly owner. Room was clean and spacious, good balcony and airflow too. Location is perfect for Hoi an very close to market + convenience store on the way. I will stay here again when I return to Hoi an in the future. Great price for private room too

Lovely, enthusiastic lady on front desk. Did not speak much English, but was helpful- gave us a kettle (advertised but not in room) and arranged for discount as expected breakfast was not provided. Balcony very narrow, and shared, but still nice to have. Great cheap room if you plan to be out all day exploring, as we were. Location excellent for exploring local streets and short walk into the Old Quarter. Out of the tourist area

The laundry service is terrible, all of my white clothes, which was most of them, came back kind of pink with stains. I'm complained to the reception lady who was there she called to the someone, i talked to this person she was rude and just asked me then -what do u want ?! What do u want? And nothing more. Then a asked for refund, I'm paid 100.000vnd and asked for 40.000 back. Next, the lady who washed my clothes said she didn't saw the pink stains when finished and always wash colour clothes w white ones and neve had a problem with it but would give my refund just when a check out the hotel. And I never saw her again... When I check-out a asked to a old man in the reception, he just said don't know about it. End

nothing, it was ideal for my quick two nights stop in Hoi An during my travels of Vietnam.

the staff were super friendly, and Jolie was so helpful and assisted in booking excursions for me in Hoi An and with my inwards travel, the warm, friendly atmosphere and Hoi An was so good I stayed an extra night. the beds were medium soft and comfortable, air con worked, small balcony for fresh air too. location was ideal for me, plenty happening near by but still got a quiets night rest, and within enjoyable walking distance of old town and market.
