Soundproofing - though some noise inevitable in this city as central as the hotel imagine.

Fab location , perfect set up for a jet lagged family. Loads of space, so we could avoid waking each other up at different times of the night. Brilliant facilities, massive pool and soft play area for kids. Staff super helpful.

No bar service at the swimming pool

Great location, walking distance to nearby city attractions, shops and local eateries. Staff was very attentive, courteous and always keen to help.

The location, the size and the staff are all excellent. This is a great place to stay in with family when you need some space. There are plenty of restaurants around, including one in the building. Cabs are easy to find. But most of all, everyone from the lift man to the people at the desk to the housekeeping are excellent. They go out of their way to anticipate your needs, helping you book tickets for shows, get taxis and recommendations. Absolutely outstanding.

Breakfast was adequate but simple. Coffee was good. Pool was up about 10 steps from level 2. As a disabled person this restricted me.

We loved everything about this place. Big rooms, spotlessly clean and friendly staff. The gentleman who took us to our room after check-in was delightful. We have a second stay booked and are really looking forward to visiting again. It’s really helped us to appreciate HCMC and we plan to be back again many times in the future.

It’s hard to know how it was rated 5*. Everything was in excellent working condition and serviced well- but the rooms are basic enough. I’m not an expert- but I can’t see how you’d call it 5*

The room looked a bit dated but it was in good condition. They charged us an extra deposit on our credit card during the check in which we were not aware of as it is not said anywhere on the Booking.com conditions.

Very friendly staff, convenient location to walk everywhere in Saigon but away from in the noisiest streets. The room we booked had a decent size and a very comfy bed, we only missed a table in the living area (there is only one desk) as there is no place to put the dishes if you order in room dining :)

We were'discouraged' from using the pool table and outdoor area past 9pm. The staff didn't like us playing music , even quietly.

We felt like the Norfolk Mansion is aging, but you can still see the beauty of what it was in its prime. I would love to see it refurbished, and if combined with the same incredible staff, I would be back tomorrow!

The staff and security at Norfolk Mansions Apartments are exceptional. Hands down the best service on our 5 week trip. The location is a 10 - 15 minute walk from the heart of the city, but the size of the apartment is huge, and perfect for large families, who require a beautifully serviced apartment and space to relax in-between their tours or business.

We had a fantastic time All the staff were very helpful and helped us with any problems We had a passport issue and reception helped with contacting people to support us and offered translating support if needed Our 2 bedroom apartment was large and very comfortable We were in walking distance to everything But if we needed a taxi They would organise a driver We enjoyed our breakfast which was included with the room and did enjoy room service as well We can’t thank the staff enough for all their support And would happily return again

The management was amazing as was the staff, very attentive and helpful. In fact 12 hours before my flight from Los Angeles I still had not received my visa approval letter and it looked like a month long holiday was going to be delayed at best. I emailed the hotel as a last ditch effort and they really came through connecting me (at night on a Sunday) with a local travel agency that expedited my letter in time for me to board my flight. The travel agency arranged for rapid customs pass through (after 22 hours of travel it was very worth the cost). A driver from the Norfolk Mansion found us in a sea of people and whisked away to the hotel where check in was rapid. We were in our air conditioned very well appointed two room suite within minutes of arrival. I have traveled extensively and this place is exceptional in my book. We are actually cancelling another Saigon booking for the day before our flight to re book at the Norfolk Mansion. Oh and BTW they are massively underselling the two room modern gym with a steam room and separate gender sauna. This place rocks and the location in District 1 is perfect (try the Heart of Darkness brewery half a block from the hotel, great IPAs).

WIFI could be faster :)

The room was decent size and increcdibly clean, considering that it wasnt a new apartment. The pool, sauna and spa was in excellent condition. However what we really loved was the impecaable services. The concierge Duc and his team was so helpful and always made us feel so special with their extra care. Hoghly recommend.
